Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort

I had the most wonderful time at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with such warmth and kindness that I immediately felt at home. The rooms were not only comfortable but also offered breathtaking views that I couldn't get enough of. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The resort was always spotlessly clean, and the facilities were well-maintained, showing their commitment to providing an excellent experience. And let's not forget the food – it was absolutely delicious, with Creative Food Presentation and the service was impeccable. During my stay at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort, I was truly enchanted by the beauty of the beach. It was not just nice, but stunningly picturesque. The crystal-clear waters beckoned me, and I was in for an absolutely wonderful snorkeling experience. The underwater world was a vibrant tapestry of colors, with a diverse array of marine life. It felt like I was swimming in an aquatic paradise, surrounded by schools of colorful fish and fascinating coral formations. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for their exceptional hospitality. A special thanks to Mr. Jordian, the Assistant Guest Manager, whose attention to detail and genuine care made my stay extra special. And a big thank you to Mr. Magdy for his outstanding cleaning and room service – his dedication to keeping everything pristine didn't go unnoticed. My time at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort was beyond amazing, thanks to the staff who made me feel like part of the family. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this incredible oasis of comfort and luxury. Thank you all so much!

We like traveling and we tried too many hotels either in sharm Elsheikh or other countries, so I can fully compare and say that Safir resort really is the winner and exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed our stay very much while everything was almost perfect (even we extended it to another 5 days). Very nice staff and employees, all without exceptions are very respected friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Mr. Ebrahim Naeim manager, and all the reception team with their fast helpful service (especially Mohamed abd Elghany, Abd Elrahman). Excellent location, clean pools and helpful staff (especially Mostafa who was delivering towels as he helped us many times) Clean rooms with organized and high quality cleaning service (big thanks to Masood). Nice and very tasty food varieties with too many choices (we were at all inclusive package), professional and friendly staff members especially Ashraf, Ramy, Fatma, and all others (just I can’t remember all names) without exception were really very friendly helpful and nice. In general I fully recommend Safir to any one searching for the perfect resort that is above expectations with high value quality services.

Nothing (Everything was almost perfect)

Staff was very friendly and tried the best to please us in every way. Though rooms are outdated, they were very specious and clean with all the amenities necessary. Air conditioning worked very well. The highlight of the hotel is the beach with snorkeling area. There're some beautiful corals and fish right near the beach. Also, diving center is practical and has boat trips to astonishing areas in the middle of the sea. Food had variety and was ok. We also enjoyed evening animation for kids. Room was cleaned every day and our room attendant Mahmood Gamal cleaned it very well and surprised us every day with towels improvisations. Just 10 for him! In addition, client relations agent Vera was very helpful and took care for us whole stay. Pay attention that local ATM gives only Egyptian pounds. We also like to note diving club manager Ali Baba. He booked us superb boat trip for 3 hours, where we snorkeled in deep and shallow water with fish and stingrays and watched dolphins!

Main big pool has only sea water and for relaxing fresh one we were in need to go all the way to the top of the hotel. Kids club is closed since the corona and we were a little bit disappointed that there is no playroom with air conditioning for the kids. Only outdoor little playground. Indoor shop is pricy compared to near shopping center.

The facility is not only clean, but also truly beautiful. diligent and attentive lifeguards go above and beyond to prioritize the safety of children, providing peace of mind for the whole family. Moreover, the entire staff exhibits exceptional warmth and professionalism, striving to make every aspect of our stay as comfortable as possible. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Joseph and Mr. Abdullah Ahmed Alhadedy for their outstanding service. Their dedication to ensuring our satisfaction truly made our stay memorable. Furthermore, I would like to express my appreciation to Mr. Amro Elsayed and Wael Farouq from the room service crew for their prompt and efficient service. The wide array of delicious food options exceeded our expectations. It wouldn't be right not to mention the culinary expertise of Mr. Ibrahim Naeem and Mr. Rami from the Italian restaurant, whose dishes were truly a delight Abd El aziz Mohamed from the bar for super refreshing drinks

Magdy, who was in charge of cleaning, was super kind and cleaned really well. Snorkel in the hotel beach was incredible. It was really calmed and we could rest super well. Everyone was super kind.

Food could improve a little (although it was good already!!). Taxi company that works there wasn't good. We didn't feel like well treated and also they left us in the wrong terminal without even asking which was the right one (driver didn't know a word of english -not even 'ok'- and we didn't know Sharm el Sheij's airport had 2 terminals).

Value for money

Staff were not friendly, especially at the bar, they make it as if they are doing you a favour. Staff must smile more and be more welcoming!

Everything, starting from the exceptional welcoming with a kind smile of the stuff, special thanks to Mr. Ayman, for his genuine attention, and the spectacular huge room that he offered us, with breathtaking sea& pool view, tasty and delicious food, yummy sweets thanks to the great chef, (although we put on few extra weight 🙄) hotel facilities and cleaness are in a high standards, snorkeling at the beach was amazing. My husband's birthday was during our stay, we were surprised by a birthday cake specially made for us & delivered to our room, it was very generous gesture, thanks Safir waterfalls for making our vacation great, we can't wait to get back again and pamperd by you, great people.

Limited choices regarding food items specially at dinner, although it was delicious and tasty. Animation team is a little bit boring and night shows during our stay was always starting during dinner time so we never catch it

A hotel is near living reef where you can watch the fish. Food is varied, good for vegetarians. Mohamed Okasha clean rooms very good ,makes birds with the help of towels and very polite person. Internet in hotel is good in may 2023.

on pictures looking new and beautiful. in fact quite old. need maintenance generally for the hotel. when you enter to hotel, oily food smell comes from the open restaurant and welcomes you!!! something to fix immediately

The location is fantastic and the coral reefs are fabulous. The hotel team is really keen to enhance and they do their best to improve. The staff is friendly, welcoming and supportive.

The hotel has 6 swimming pools. Two of them are modernized and really good. The rest are not that good. The room furniture is old and needs renovation. The hotel has two elevators, both were out of service - they were under maintenance. All-inclusive options are very limited compared to other hotels. The gym is obsolete and really bad.
