Residence Residéal Antibes

we had a nice spacious apartment for 2 adults and 2 children on the 5th floor, we had a huge balcony with a fabulous view over the harbour, comfy beds, no frills apartment, very close to bus and train station , 2 fabulous pools

we had 2 young children and it was a half an hour walk to the nearest beach. Antibes was lovely but very expensive to eat out and not always great food even. you have to clean the apartment yourself on departure or pay 60 euros, you have to take all your sheets, towels and rubbish down,no maid service at all

Nice pools, one on ground level, one on the roof. Views from the top were great. Hotel location near bus/train station. Not far from the Antibes Port. Hotel was clean, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. Nice groceries store 2 minutes from the location.

Ground floor cleaning mops for the guest to clean the room at checkout must be changed. They were used and very smelly.

I got a good price since I was there out of season. The rooftop and garden pools were lovely, I really enjoyed a swim every moment possible. Good location, if you don't mind walking to the old town. The room was better than I expected, since it was more spacious (I got the kind with a bunk bed in the corridor so the actual room was big too).

The pools could have opened earlier in the morning since it would have been nice to go for a swim before work. The wifi signal kept on cutting out so it was difficult to attend online meetings.

internet not good government rates increased from £85 with booking.com to £114 would have liked to book direct with Residéal

The hotel is living up to our expectations. We knew it wasn`t luxury standard, but nice. The staff is brilliant, helpful and available. We drive an El-car, so charger would be nice next time.

Poor to almost non existing Wifi.

having to make your own beds and clean the room before you left I.e. mopping floors

Well equipped apartment with good space for 4 of us. Sofa bed was very comfortable with a good mattress. Pools were good and kids enjoyed the time playing in the on on the ground floor. About a 10 minute into Antibes old town which was wonderful with lovely restaurants. We were on the 4th floor so had no one above us and the balcony have beautiful views of the harbour. A good set of shops / bakery were across the road (5 mins).

The bathroom was perfectly adequate but could do with updating.

The pools are lovely, the rooftop pool has amazing views of Antibes and the sea. Location was great- easy walk to the Port and old town plus bus/ train station 5 minutes away. Apartment had everything we needed and we had a surprise sea view from the balcony. There is a 24 hour reception if you need anything.

Apartment could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom but wasn't too bad at all.

Excellent place to stay, just beyond the train station, 15 mins walk to the old town and beach. Fantastic pools, rooftop and ground floor. Both lovely. Definitely would recommend here, clean, comfy, good value, near to everything. Antibes is lovely.

An apartment not a hotel so no facilities other than the pools. Can have self service breakfast but I didn't bother. Studio had excellent facilities for cooking, and fridge etc.
