Great location; best value for the money; small room but very comfortable bed; small bathroom, but very good shower; the Russian lady at the front desk was extremly friendly when we arrived, giving us a full map of the city and explaining us what are the must see locations.

The other lady at the front desk told us that in the lovby there are complementary stuff that we can eat/drink during the day. When we served ourselves some coffee and juice, she embarased us in front of everybody by yelling to us that that is only for breacfast. Worth mentioning that there was no clear sign telling which one is part of the free stuff and which one is not. Also the walls are very thin, and there is no sound isolation between the rooms and the hall. We've been woken up in the korning by loud guests and their dogs.

The Hotel is centrally located. You can walk on foot to all the attractions. The family room is attic, but it is still very spacious. Did not use breakfast facilities. Checkout was done in one min. Overall very good.

There was an empty parking space in front of hotel which no one using it. So the staff said i can use it as its free. By Free he meant free to use. so they charged me 8 eur for night. which is ok not too much in the city. But there is tons of parking opposite the hotel, i think 7pm to 9am is free and weekends is free. But please confirm on the parking meters.

The hotel was great all in all: very friendly staff, perfect location (just a 1-2 min walk to the beautiful houses of the old town) and the breakfast buffet had a lot of nice local products to offer. Despite it being a big hotel chain with very modern interior it had a homey and comfy feeling to it!

The double rooms were pretty cramped. For a short stay and as a couple it's fine, but especially the bathrooms kinda felt like a little bigger airplane toilet.

I would like to say that the staff were very helpful and did everything in their power to make our stay a pleasant one. We even had a problem with our car and Valerie helped up find a mechanic to get our car fixed. Also I would like to say that all members of staff were extremely patient when my family arrived late and to make sure my little brother who is in a wheelchair enjoyed his stay too. A really great and helpful team!

The personnel was very helpful and friendly - the room we were offered at the beginning was not very quiet and we asked to change it if possible, and the team made it possible, which is very much appreciated. The location is great - right at the verge of the old town, so you get the quiet location which is almost in the center of the town. Nice breakfast. Public parking is right at the hotel, so you can park during the night for free, and pay only for the day time.

The building is rather old and probably not allowing for bigger rooms.

Super friendly staff! Check in was smooth and quick. We had a twin room on the 4th floor. The room wasn't huge but there was enough space for a table and 2 chairs. The location is great - very close to old town.

The hotel is being renovated so there was a bit of noise one morning but it was nothing major.

Excellent location, handy to have a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Staff were really helpful to change our room because the room was too warm on the first night. Good bed, shower and we were able to park right outside the hotel.

Aircon in the first room didn't work and it was far too hot - but the staff were able to sort it. Breakfast at £10pppn was expensive, we chose not to have it

Excellent location...staff very helpful and obliging...clean room and bathroom. Very convenient if you're travelling by car because although practically in the city centre, there's lots of parking. You can also reserve hotel parking. We didn't have any breakfast, although it looked fresh, varied and delicious. We normally do, but we weren't comfortable due to Covid-19 situation.

My husband is a wheelchair user and the accessible room was a good size for us. Even though we were on the ground floor and by a side street, it was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast options were basic but good. Location was ideal to explore the town as it was a short walk through the car park. It was nice, clean and ideal location for our stay.

Walking distance to everything! Free coffee and tea and pastry leftovers 😃 from breakfast. Super nice personal. Parking was at an Achaun open parking for 6 euro per day-very convenient, just 2 minute walk (parking in front of the hotel was super busy). Super receptionist 😘 Everything‘s clean and our bed was comfortable
