In conclusion, this hotel surpassed all my expectations, delivering an experience that was truly exceptional.

What impressed me and my wife most is the very friendly front desk team. We asked them to help making dinner reservations at three different restaurants during our stay. One of the restaurants was fully booked and they took the initiative to book another equally good restaurant for us when we were away touring the city during the day. It is essential to book the tables in advance in Colmar because we are entering the peak season. Very well done to the front desks team.

The traffic noise in the early morning. Because of the location of the hotel and our room was facing the side street. But still could be woken up by the traffic noise in the morning. But getting to sleep in the evening was no problem because of the little traffic at night. They may need to invest in double glazing the rooms.

We chose Colmar as the 2nd and 3rd night stopover on our drive from Eurotunnel to Arles in the south of France. The town was great and well served by this hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Recommended local restaurants. Secure basement car park whilst accessed by a steep narrow ramp was good as we left the car there the whole time as driving in Colmar is difficult

Whilst the hotel is excellent its location is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the centre and all the restaurants. We did not take their buffet breakfast as we felt it was not good value at 21 euros each

Nice little hotel for a visit to Colmar. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to book us a table at local restaurant over a busy weekend. The room was good, but not fantastic (for the price). the centre of Colmar was a short walk from the hotel.

Parking at the hotel was shared with the local supermarket. This was a little disappointing as we paid EUR 15 per night and the parking lot didn't seem to have much security or CCTV. The bedding in the room smelt a little stale, as if the room had been made up way in advance but had been left for sometime.

I rarely leave reviews but on this occasion I feel I just have too. Anais, front of house, was fabulous, very engaging, super helpful, cheerful and clearly loves her job. But not only for us, Anais was happy to jump in and assist her colleagues if required. Our room was nice perhaps if anything a little warm at night but this was sorted after we made a polite comment, but just us not understanding the A/C. Breakfast was great, super value and a lovely choice of fresh produce and oh lovely coffee, so a nice way to start the day. Great location close to the historic old town.  Parking is very close as next door in the supermarket a barrier to enter and exit. So very easy as parking in many small villages/towns in Europe can often be a real nightmare! Looking forward to going back.

The staff was lovely, the breakfast was very good and we really liked the lobby of the hotel. The hotel itself is conveniently located and it's a five minute walk to the very city centre. The room was simple and clean. We appreciated the parking option even though we'd rather leave our car parked inside than at an outside parking lot for that price.

We felt like the accommodation is overpriced for what it was (EUR 175 a night for a classic double room out of season). The room was rather small and we didn't feel like in a four-star hotel. There was a slight noise from the street – our room (108) faced a main four-lane street that runs through Colmar and that gets noisy even late at night.

Excellent location, close to the old town and an easy walk to restaurants, etc. The hotel staff was very friendly and worked hard to be helpful. The rooms were pretty standard in terms of layout, but they were nice, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were travelling with our dog and the hotel was very welcoming... they even laid out a dog bed and a water dish for him in the room, which was a nice touch. Parking for cars was conveniently located at the hotel. Additional fees for the parking and the dog, but they were reasonable.

Staff was amazing, especially Rosa. She was truly the best. We really felt they honestly cared about our experience. Amazing location. Cute hotel. Nice comfortable bed and pillows. We slept very well till Wednesday morning.

Room was a little tight, not a lot of room around the bed. For some reason lots of flies. We had to open doors and chase them out daily. If you stay on a Tuesday night just know garbage pickup is 730am and be prepared to be woken up Wednesday morning. Our room (108) faced the bins.

The hotel is modern and clean, and with some nice design touches. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is covered parking and the hotel is located just outside the historic centre, but very much walking distance. The highlight was a very substantial and varied breakfast in the morning!

The room was quite small and tight in places. The water bottles provided need a bottle opener but this wasn’t in the room so we had to ask for one. The car park might be tight for larger vehicles but it was fine for our Audi A6 Avant.

Comfortable bed, Beautiful clean room, air conditioning worked great which was good because it was so hot during our stay! We loved the heated towel rack, and it was a great location - super easy to walk into downtown. The people working there were so nice and they serve very good wine in the bar.

The only bad thing was the shower - there’s no way to shower with out water running all over the bathroom floor, and no place to put your toiletries in the shower.
