Good location while passing through. Happy staff, great price! The hard beds are amazingly comfortable and you won’t want to get up! The dark shutters are even more helpful.

Paid extra for the 1 bed appt. Dishwasher was to small and unusable, main lounge area lacking any cosiness. Even a couple of wall pictures would have been nice. Kitchen needs a toaster!!

We had to book a place to stay last minute and this hotel was one of the few available. The hotel is at the outskirt of the city, which is about 10 minutes' drive into the city center. It offers free parking, which is nice. The room is generally comfortable.

I do not know if it is the hotel or the general region, but the water quality from the tap was questionable. When I tried to boil water to make tea, there was a lot of cloudy oily stuff in the pot. Luckily, there is a brita drinking station in the lobby.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young children) and stayed here for one night on our car journey from the UK to Les Contamines for a Feb half term ski trip. It was perfect for our needs. We arrived relatively late (on site included car park) and were met by a friendly receptionist. We were in our room minutes later. The room was spotless and had been set up for all 4 of us - double bed for the adults and the sofa double bed had been made for the kids. We had a good, quiet, full night’s sleep and then a decent, continental style breakfast the following morning. The room was perfectly adequate with fresh towels and clean bedding provided. The local area (a retail park / industrial type area) had restaurants etc but it is definitely functional rather than picturesque (again, exactly what we were after for this part of the trip). Overall, we would stay again for this type of journey.

Stayed 1 night on the way to South of France. Easy to check in after hours, secure car park, large and comfy rooms for a family. Cooking facilities are excellent with all you need to make a small breakfast before you set off. I didn't see any AC in the room so if it's a hot day then it would be difficult to sleep. During our stay the temp inside the room was ok.

Nice to have a kettle in the room and couple of shelves in the bathroom to place toiletries bag.

Such a wonderful stay! The accommodation is absolutely stellar, super comfortable, really well thought out! The shower was lovely too! After a long road trip all the way from Italy back to the UK this place was a godsend! Perfectly situated straight off the motorway but it doesn't feel like you're just by a motorway, really peaceful and really close by are all the shops you could possibly want! Absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend!!!

Everything has been very well arranged for an ‘after hours check-in’. Place was very clean, pleasant and ready for our stay. small inroom kitchen was perfect to make some tea and heat up some food, as we arrived late and were staying only one night. Interaction with staff in the morning was very pleasant. All in all- great stay, will probably be coming back.

It is an excellent hotel with great value for money for a family of four. We stayed for 1 night when travelling to Calais from the Alps and this Hotel met all our expectations: friendly staff, clean and big rooms and secured, gated parking. Also, it is super close to a big hypermarket if you need groceries

Comfortable bed Nice bathroom Sofa bed was already made when we arrived We received codes to do a staffless check in since we arrived a bit late. No need to stress or call ahead.

The table was rather unstable, which was a bit annoying when eating with four people around it. The equipment in the kitchen was maybe a tad bit too minimalistic, especially for a room that is offered to four people (one pan and one skillet, both just a bit small to cook for four).

When we arrived late night, there was no key and we were lucky enough that another lady had the same problem, she was on a call with your employee. She gave me the phone number and the employee helped me by telling me to get the key reserve for another person who did not show up.

Easy stop over for a long drive south. Arrived late, but got keys from safe, which was helpful to have flexibility in terms of arrival from UK. Comfortable and clean. Modern and and spacious family room. Great value for money.
