ibis budget Reims Parc Des Expositions

There is a bus straight from the train station for 2 euros. It's outside of the city area, but the whole city is quite small anyway. Room is nice, they do provide a 3-in-1 soap for your use. Breakfast consists of some pastries, milk, yogurt, juices, coffee, and some ham and cheese. There is a restaurant nearby which you can get 10% off for staying in Ibis. Recommend to get the city pass for a day or two if you're a tourist. Overall happy with the stay.

Location (close to the motorway since I was looking for an overnight place, not too central), free private parking, fresh breakfast included, clean room, comfortable bed, all the basics, nothing too sophisticated, good value for money, reception waited for me to arrive (despite arriving after regular check in time)

a little bit basic if you're looking for comfort room and bathroom), TV remote batteries were dead, breakfast space is a bit tight if more people come to eat at the same time (you have to mention your room number, a bit old school)

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They definitely went over and above expectations. It's a budget hotel so it does its job. The room was a little cramped for 3 but it had all the basics we needed and the beds were super comfortable. Good value all in and so great that you can check in anytime!

If I had to be super picky there wasn't a hand towel and arriving at midnight it would have been great if the 3rd bed was already taken down as in our sleep deprived state this caused some confusion.

Breakfast excellent. Staff very good especially the one on reception when we arrived. Mercure restaurant next door very welcome and good, also allowing our dog. Only €4.5 charge for our small dog at the hotel -stark contrast to significant charges in most UK establishments! Appreciated the air conditioning which worked well.

Mattress cover was plastic, understandably but not very comfortable in the current high temperatures. Otherwise bed fine. Would have appreciated a hair dryer in the room.

Nice clean room. Automated room allocation system looked daunting but worked well for us although it meant we had no contact at all with any staff. Good location with access to a restaurant that suited us. Liked the USB ports close to the bed. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice and cool on our arrival on a hot day. Good value accommodation.

The room felt cramped. We had to take it in turns to move around the room. We missed a proper shelf next to the bed for glasses, drinks etc. Facilities were basic, such as a non adjustable shower head. But they still met our needs and were reflected in the price we paid

Good location for a stop over. Not central to Reims but you can get into town to see the sights quite easily. Easy electronic access when we arrived. Good mattress on the fold away bed. Very good breakfast with a few cereals, cheese fruits, breads and jams.

slightly cramped for 1 adult and 2 older children. Fine for a couple Limited space to put your luggage and move about the room.

The front staff was so kind and welcoming. They helped us find a restaurant and called ahead for us. They gave us clear directions and a place for my son to play basketball in the front lobby. He needs to burn energy and they really were so accommodating to him. Breakfast was nice. The lady who offered breakfast made us feel included. She was amazing!

Really reasonable price and excellent service, exceeded my expectations of what an Ibis Budget would be like given how much we paid. Really friendly staff, good choice at breakfast, restaurant next door for drinks and dinner, we were kindly given 10% off our food bill just for staying at the Ibis. No road noise in the bedrooms given it was on a roundabout on a fairly main route into Reims.

Not the prettiest of walks into town but walkable nonetheless.

it was near the autoroute and easy to find. the breakfast was excellent with space to sit and eat with the family

unfortunately we arrived very late, initially our booking reference was not found by the staff and then we were not given the large family room which was advertised and booked on the booking.com site. however the rooms finally given were clean and adequate.

Receptionist spoke English and was friendly and very helpful. This was my first time using an Ibis Budget and I was pleasantly surprised. It was modern and room was simple, but bed and bathroom were as good as a lot of more expensive hotels. I booked out of town a bit as I wanted my motorbike to be parked on site in a quiet safe area. It did mean a bit of walk into town but that only took 30 mins and was my choice. Breakfast good for a budget place.

None really
