B&B HOTEL Reims Bezannes

Very good value breakfast - nothing fancy but plentiful choice. The location is excellent for drivers going through to South from ferries or Eurotunnel. Parking very close to it. Parking is locked at night. Comfy bed. Basic shower but very effective. Great receptionist both evening and next day. The hot drink vending machine took my money but did not dispense a drink and the receptionist immediately opened up the breakfast bar and dispensed a replacement on the spot while apologising profusely - first class customer care can spring from a fault in a facility and that is what I remember not the fault!

For the price - I was very satisfied with everything. A hairdryer might have been beneficial.

The room was a very good size and clean. The location was ideal for us as we were passing through so easy from the motorway. Tram right outside line B goes into town but you do need to check times. Staff very helpful and didn’t get flustered when we turned up with three bikes.

On a sort of a business Park near TGV station so not the most picturesque. The tram (see positives) was a bit infrequent.

Spotless room with a very comfortable king sized bed. Great for a one night stopover to and from the UK as it's just off the motorway yet in a very quiet location. Good also for a couple of days visiting Reims as the local station direct to the city centre is 1 min away. Good steak restaurant on site which stays open until 10pm. Breakfast also excellent.

We liked the staff, the beautiful setting and rooms, the fact that we could leave a bag there and enjoy snacks and drinks before we left and after checkout.

We only knew about the difficulty with parking the day before and had to pay 20 euros for parking which was very near the hotel which was useful. However, my car was scratched along the side when parked there.

Right next to tram for city centre (20 mins trip - use the kiff & go app to get a 1 hr travel pass) and tgv station. Easy to find by car and plenty of parking. Some local resaurants nearby.

Only minor things. Having to tap in the pin for the room door was a pain. Also had to resubmit details for WiFi each time you connected.

Clean room with comfortable beds and good bathroom. Basic but near perfect for what we needed it for... sleeping.

Tea/coffee facilities would have been great but we weren't too worried. Signs to enter the property are not that clear. We went around the block before getting it right on the second lap.

Fast on and off Avenue Des Anglais Good Restaurant next door, and Super market within walking distance. Clean Modern Facilities. Extremely helpful Staff. Huge shopping mall nearby "E.Leclerc CHAMPFLEURY"

Too noisy, the stair doors Banging echoed and filled the corridors and was easily heard within the rooms. Too expensive, just because it was nearly full doesn't mean its worth €90

The B&B chain of hotels are great and once again in a great location. It is in a newish business park , 5 minutes off the motorway, there is a tram stop right outside the hotel so getting to the historic centre was easy. The room was very comfortable and just what you need for an overnight stay.

Fantastic location for exploring Reims or overnight stays near to the Tunnel. Comfortable and clean with a decent breakfast. Located next to the Tram stop for Reims and close to the SNCF station at Bezannes. Their are restaurants, a hyper market as well as many more shops and fuel close by.

Basic but perfectly good stop off during long journey to the south. Quiet location. Room clean, beds comfy and air con worked. Easy breakfast with some nice touches.
