Friendly & v helpful staff. Very comfortable beds & good air conditioning which was welcome in the smallish room. Good safe car parking for an average size car.

Breakfast was disorganised as they appeared to be short staffed with only one person to deal with everything. Consequently tables were not cleared and laid quickly enough. For evening meals there were restaurants 15 mins walk away but they seemed to specifically cater for tourists & lacked authenticity.

That a reasonably good location (walking distance to center), room is comfortable and big enough, air condition is working properly (that's a strong point in a hot day...), nice/well equipped bathroom, enough power plugs. Overall a good experience, I'd definitely recommend this location

No negative points, everything was fine. Note: I'm the kind of traveler not looking for very special conditions, since I'm only spending the night there...

VERY friendly and welcoming staff! Hotel foyer is stylish and clean, once entering you feel your walking into a hotel with a higher star rating!! Air con!!!!! We went during the hot weekend of 40° and the air con was sublime! It worked and kept us cool all through our stay. Location was excellent...a short stroll from the centre of Tours and nearby places to visit like the botanical gardens, small shop a 5 minute walk away too! Bed was amazingly comfy, bathroom facilities were perfectly adequate although don't pour too much water in the sink too quick as it's design is quite shallow.

Tea/coffee facilities were missed prior to check in but the receptionist kindly gave us a teapot of milk for our stay. Carpets within the room could do with being changed as its starting to look old but still has some life left in it.

the bathroom was exceptionally clean! staff was very helpful. all the food in the dining room was labelled with appropriate vegan/vegeterian signs which was amazing. the staff helped me with every request i had (from giving me a map of the city and writing down every location i needed to providing an option for vegan milk)

Well situated hotel only a 10 minute walk from all the main attractions / and lovely restaurant district in the middle of the old city. The room was was comfy and clean. The decor was a bi garish but that's personal taste. It was definitely good value for money compared to other on offer in town. Room had air con which worked. Private garage parking on site for 9euros but I found plenty of free parking right opposite.

The hotel was in a nice location, just a few blocks from the main plazas and streets of the city, so I was a close walk to everything but the evenings here were quiet. The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

It’s strange to mention, but the door handles to the rooms were really awkward and they put the room key on a large, heavy fob.

The hotel is not too far from the city center and is easy to find. They offer food and drinks until 11pm and we could watch the rugby in the lobby. The car park is handy. Just make sure to reserve in advance and be careful if you have a large vehicle as it is very tight.

The rooms are a bit small and we didn't get the rooms next to each other as requested (not even on the same floor).

This accommodation was the perfect stay while doing some sightseeing around Tours. It is close to the city center and there are several supermarkets close-by. It is also close to the train station is you want to leave Tours. The room was cleaned every morning. The staff was very friendly and supportive.

Unable to open the window to get some fresh air before sleeping. I'm sure there is a way to do that, but not very straightforward and there were no instructions.

On site parking is a great benefit Excellent breakfast. Within very easy reach by foot to the old centre of Tours. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Tours.

Room very small and cramped with an ugly view of a flat roof from the first floor window.

The location was good near the Boulevard Beranger around the corner so you could easily walk to the centre. The mainly young staff were very helpful and enthusiastic even to us older seniors. Some spoke excellent English, but those who didn't were very patient. The decor is quaint and we booked breakfast and dinner which were both excellent. We booked a garage space which was a good thing as parking around the centre of Tours seems to be a real challenge. Our room faced the back and was really quiet. Bathroom and tea and coffee in the room were thoughtfully stocked.

I liked everything, but the ramp to the garage was really tricky and the rooms were small, but this is often the case in inner city hotels. The window in our room didn't open, but the woman at the reception came up almost immediately and fixed it even though she was really busy with check-ins. So this is more a tip for those travelling with big cars and needing bigger accommodation.
