Hotel Baccara

Great location, quiet place close to the city center.

The elevator did not work - I personally do not mind, but I can imagine, that for some it could be a big problem (narrow stairs, breakfast at the fourth floor...). Also - and I really do not blame the staff! - reaching the hotel was quite difficult due to road construction in front of the hotel.

Overall it is a good hotel with friendly staff and it fits all my expectation, the room is clean, the internet speed is quite good, the breakfast is simple but more than enough to fill your stomach.

Very strong smoking smell in corridor. The soundproofing for rooms is quite bad, so you can easily hear others when they are moving or using toilet.

Good price and great breakfast. it has an elevator!!!

When we arrived, someone was very nice and helped us to open the elevator, but he has no shirt. The hallway smelled. There is a road construction in front of the hotel and we had to walk a little more.

Very clean, very friendly personnel, easy check in and check out, very reasonable breakfast (hearty, sweet, cereals, fruit), close to the center.

bathroom was really rather small, room was a bit too warm - but I do not know whether air conditioning might have been available.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, 10 min walk to the city center. Our room was nice and clean, some sweets and mineral water were waiting for us. The breakfast was very good in a room with a nice view.

There was nothing that we would find disturbing about this accommodation.

Lack of air condition

There was very nice and helpful staff :) Breakfast was very tasty :) Hotel is located 2 km from city center but walk wasn't a problem. There is elevator.

The owners were incredibly helpful - including going unasked late in the evening to retrieve my lost passport from the restaurant down the road and then presenting it to me at breakfast the next day.

It was a 10-15 minutes walk to the city center, so excellent location. Breakfast was affordable (€9) and fine. The room was a bit small, but efficiently arranged and everything was there, so it was fine.

Parking is at the street, so only for free if you're able to find a spot. Breakfast was okay, although a bit more variation of bread would have been nice. The balcony is not really a balcony, as it's not accessible (more like a fire escape), but at least the rooms have a view on some garden and are more quiet.

Friendly staff, good location for the price, only 10 minute walk to the center of the city. Clean and tidy room, includes everything you need for a basic trip.
