Eurostars Berlin

Great location, near the train station so easy to get to from the airport, in around 45 minutes. Junior suite was a good size, quiet and clean. Short walk to Unter Den Linden and lots of attractions, eateries and bars. Breakfast choice was superb, and as much as you needed. Staff were helpful and friendly and hotel generally well run and looked after, with comfortable bar area.

As you'd expect, the room wasn't in new, pristine condition. Signs of wear and tear, some stains to a chair, stereo didn't appear to work and had a broken door, but nothing detracted from the experience as it was modern and clean.

The breakfast was excellent, a wonderful variety of food, plentiful and the staff helpful and mostly friendly. For gluten free they brought me GF mueseli with a selection of breads and a roll, plus crisp breads and a pink wafer. The waiter took me round the buffet to show me exactly what I could and couldn't eat. The location was superb, easy transfer from airport by train, lots of very good restaurants in the vicinity and close to the river and attractions. Smart, spacious rooms.

The noise. For my first two nights I had the quietest room imaginable, but changed rooms as my family were joining me and our room as overlooking the foyer and bar. Really bad noise, also an opening full length window to the floor which seemed incredibly unsafe. Both rooms were very fluffy under the beds.

The breakfast was very good. All the dishes were promptly replenished during the serving time. We had booked two rooms, but unfortunately, one of them was not as clean as we had anticipated. We immediately informed the reception, and within 10 minutes, they sent someone to complete the cleaning, and even offered us a complimentary minibar for the duration of our stay. The hotel's location is perfect, as it is within walking distance of most popular attractions, and conveniently located near buses and boats for city tours. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Despite reading negative reviews about their WIFI, we had no issues whatsoever, which was especially important as we were travelling with two teenagers. The swimming pool and gym were also adequate for recharging after long days of walking. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

The sauna was not as hot as we had hoped, but this was a minor issue compared to all the other great aspects of the hotel. :)

The hotel has an unbeatable location. It is close to a transportation hub where almost all of Berlin's subway lines converge, allowing easy access to the city's major attractions by walking or taking a short metro ride. The hotel itself is fantastic, with well-insulated rooms that are remarkably quiet. The double door separating the bathroom area is a unique feature that ensures a peaceful night's sleep, even when your partner gets up. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the fact that everyone speaks Spanish is a great advantage. Everything is impeccably clean, and the breakfast is delicious and abundant. We had breakfast at the hotel three out of the seven days and had the option to explore the variety of nearby restaurants for breakfast. Another pleasant surprise was the spa area on the top floor, which includes a pool, a sauna, and a gym. The pool is fantastic. Another remarkable hotel feature is its online check-out system, which I found highly advanced and incredibly convenient, saving me valuable time. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever return to Berlin, I will stay here again because, in short, it offers friendly staff, an excellent location, and high-quality service.

Nothing honestly.

The Hotel is in a superb location, extremely close to the friedrichstraße station- but you can’t hear the train from the hotel at all! Hotel was quiet, staff was extremely nice, room was very spacious and nicely designed.

The oddest part was the bed. The mattress wasn’t uncomfortable, but it wasn’t comfortable either- it was very springy and the bed constantly moved- I don’t know if the bed was on wheels or was it the mattress, but it moved so easily whenever I entered the bed or tried adjusting my position, much to the point that if I moved during my sleep the bed moved with me and it startled me awake.

Everything was great! staff were so helpful and friendly. Location is good, just beside a train station. Bedroom was bigger than expected and so comfortable. We got there 2 hours before our check in and we were expecting just to drop our suitcases but the room was ready and they gave us an early check in, that made our day easier :)

The only thing it could be improved is the cleaning. The mirrors had stains and the towels could smell better. It didn’t really bother us but maybe for other people.

The rooms were super spacious and comfortable. Quality amenities were provided, and breakfast buffet and bar provided delicious food and drinks. Our check-in was a bit of a challenge because we checked in and clocked our bags but didn't pick up our room passes (if you check in early, just make sure you collect your room passes at the same time, it will just save time and make everything smoother) The WiFi wasn't working well, which was a little inconvenient, but overall, it was not too much of an issue because we had a local sim to use data that worked well for us. Overall, the hotel is high quality, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food and amenities were very good quality, and the location was perfect. Located only 1 stop from central station and easily connected to the whole city of Berlin made travelling around on public transport super easy for us.

As above, we had a bit of a hassel with check-in, and WiFi was unstable, but overall everything was great.

Great location with plenty of POI and great restaurants in a walking distance. With a train station just across the street reachability is perfect. Room was quite big, but we had no view - it was facing a wall of an old building, so if that is important - double check that at the reception. They have a swimming pool and two saunas in the top floor.

WiFi is just something hotels in Berlin struggle with all the time. Eurostars is not an exception. Unfortunately, LTE signal was also very week because of the room location, so browsing a map for instance was impossible. Breakfast for 25EUR is a bit overpriced.

Great, central location. Water and mini-packets of Haribo in the lobby was a nice touch! Room was super spacious and very quiet given that the hotel is located next to the railway station. Swimming pool was small, but immaculately kept. Towels were supplied in the pool/sauna area - and the opening times were great in the evening- until 10pm - although could have been opened a little earlier. Breakfast was fantastic - an extensive variety of both hot and cold food and drink; highly, highly recommended.

Pool opening times - would be great to have it open an hour earlier - 6am instead of 7am - far more convenient for people travelling on business (or even just early birds) who want a swim to start the day!

- Excellent breakfast. - Great locationm inproximity to S-Bahn Friedrichstrasse.

- Unfortunately, the air condition did not work propoerly in one of the two rooms I booked. The temperature could not be reculated and the thermostat switched continuously to 25 degrees. - One of the sinks was clogged with hair from the previous occupant. - Some sockets did not work. - Most staff comes from Spain and a good proportion of them does not speak well German. I have been working in many countries and I think it is reasonable to expect that people working in the hospitality and service sector must speak the language of their host country.
