H+ Hotel Berlin Mitte

I've to mention firstly the staff...very friendly, helpful and competent...great one! The breakfast was good both in terms of quality (freshness of fruits and eggs etc..) and in terms of variety (if you're used to having breakfast only with croissants or other sweet stuff you might suffer a little bit because we found only a couple of sweet brioches (delicious)). The position is awesome! In front of the hotel, there are some markets (also bio), the M6-M12 tram and the U subway, kebab place opened till late (and if you enjoy walking around till the sun goes down, the Kebab is a lifesaver!)

We found that the cleaning service was not at the same level as the Hotel rating. Some hairs on the blankets (it happens no worry) and some stains on the new towels. I suggest removing the carpet on the rooms, it looks "vintage" and "dirty".

Excellent hotel in a great central location with the tram stop right outside and the u Bahn just a few 100 meters away, I found it very easy to travel around the city. Breakfast was very good, with a great selection of hot and cold items, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt and different types of breads and rolls. I really looked forward to it every morning. My room was very nice and well designed with a good amount of space and it was away from the street, so I didn't experience any noise. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well every night. The shower was nice and powerful and easy to get the temperature how I liked it. I didn't have that much interaction with the staff but when I did, they were very friendly and happy to help. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the H + Hotel Berlin Mitte and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good facilities and transport links.

The air conditioning was a bit weak and not very cool and it was a real shame that the hotel's bar and bistro was closed throughout my stay, as I do enjoy having a drink at the hotel. It wasn't really a problem as there are plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

What I really liked is the location as it happened to be literally next to my work. It has a local supermarket next door which is super convenient as well as bars and restaurants. 15 mns walk to Friedrichstrasse station. Room was great, comfy and with a view. Breakfast was also very good. Though I suggest people go as early as possible in order to avoid crowding. Overall, I had a great time. Staff were great and polite from reception all the way to the kitchen staff. Would I recommend this place? Hell yeah! Would I stay there again? Hell yeah!

Perhaps it was only in my room but AC was quite noisy with a loud humming noise. It was not the end of the world (some hotels even don't have an ac) but little detail perhaps. Pillows were not great to be honest. Too thin for me.

Central location close to Main train station, underground station (naturkundemuseum) and tram lines M5, M8 & M10. Modern hotel with good facilities, comfortable double bed and soft pillows. Shower gel / shampoo and liquid soap provided in room. Also, tea and coffee making facilities and mini fridge in room. Helpful and friendly staff who speak excellent English. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice.

nothing - maybe would have liked a larger reception area to be able to sit comfortably. no ironing board or iron available in room and no hair conditioner - wasn’t a problem but just putting it here so other guests are aware.

The breakfasts were amazing, just what you need to set you up for a day of exploring the city. Cold meats, pastries, bacon, sausages etc so what you would expect but freshness was good and all very clean. The rooms were basic but good size, despite being on the main walk way we never heard another guest or room door close which meant an undisturbed night sleep! Location is spot on too. There is a convenience store right next door too incase you need anything and on the street there are some lovely restaurants. Good central base for exploring the city.

If I had to be really picky I didn't like the pillows as they were feather and I struggled to get them comfy and also 2 single duvets on a double bed was odd. Neither of these would stop me from booking this hotel again though.

Room was light airy and clean with a lovely bed and a desk. Breakfast was exceptional as hot - eggs, bacon, sausage etc - every type of cereal , yoghurst , cheese and good coffee,

The guy on the desk gave me really confusing instructions to get to the airport and the wifi for my lap top didn't work although it did for my phone. I had to bluetooth hotspot to get a conection from phone to laptop which cost me extra money. The wifi was 100 % work oriented so was quite a pain as took hours to conect,

Location is 15 minutes walk from Central Station, 2 minutes with tram. It is surrounded with cafes and bar thus makes you feel comfy. Just at the entrance of the hotel there is a supermarket, so it is easy to buy your necessities. Cultural center of the city is 10 minutes with tram, that comes every 10 minutes.

Breakfast area was a little bit small and due to the amount of visitors you might have to wait in a line for 15 min or so. If you are in a hurry that might prove troublesome. One half of the area is surrounded with windows and feel spacious, the other half feels a little clostophobic.

We like everything in this hotel from the time we checked in until we checked out. We arrived early (before 12pm) and the room was ready and they let us check in straight away. We used their luggage storage on our last day and came back to collect them for our evening flight. The junior suite room was really nice and comfortable, good size for our family. The tram and metro are just few steps away. Breakfast buffet was superb and staff were all nice and approachable, can speak different languages.

The only thing that we didn't like were the pillows, they were flat.

Friendly helpful reception staff. Room was cleaned whenever we left the request on the door handle - even later in the afternoon. Great location: really close to Naturkundemusem station on the U6 line. 2 stops to Friedrichstraße which has all sorts of connections (including the airport line) but can also walk to Friedrichstraße in 10/15 mins. Little supermarket literally next door. Nice bathroom with good shower. Comfortable beds.

Only real minor criticism is maybe the breakfast could've been slightly better. Decent coffee machines, tea options etc but hot food options slightly lacking. (Scrambled eggs, bacon and small sausages is the closest you'll get to a full English!) Loads of yoghurt/fruit/cereal etc options though. Not the best for vegan options. But still a decent breakfast service overall.

This is one good 3 star hotel not 4. I was few times in 4 stars hotels and this hotel is not on such a level. Sorry guys. Climete did not work in our room and it was 32 °Celsius in room and out side was 25! All doors are so hard to open and when they close the whole hotel is shaking. In night it is hard to sleep. It is a great hotel never the less.
