Warm hotel, not far from transport stations.

Dirty carpet, there were no fridge, kettle and basic tea/coffee sets in the room. Even if you will buy it outside - without kettle it is impossible to use. At the reception they said they can provide a cup of hot water... I think that in 2022 the kettle and fridge must to be even in hostel.

The staff were completely unfriendly it was a Turkish looking guy, who didn’t wanted to get me checked in and didn’t believed me that my last time was actually my last name, because I have a white name but I’m black. After 30 mins of waiting at the reception he believed me because a member of my family send a mail. The problem was, that at that point when he didn’t believed my last time, he just checked the other people in and pushed me to the side with a wink. Except of this rubbish unfriendly men, everything was totally fine, but one time the cleaning lady came in while I were naked with my gyal and she just opened the door and came in she didn’t even knocked… and I had the sign at the door wich says don’t come in rn

The hotel is very nice, room was well decorated and soundproof! Bed was amazingly comfy and big TV with chrome cast to watch Netflix. Bathroom was big and very nice styling and with dryer. Staff at the reception was very nice!

Cleaning could be improved - I found 2-4 hair in the bed (bedsheet was clean but washing machine might have let hair there) and in the bathroom. Pillow was not too comfy

The location was great. Very walkable to public transit from the airport. The staff were very accommodating. I arrived before check-in time, so I sat in the lobby for about an hour, then they checked me in early. I got a room facing the water, and it was lovely. The room was a great size, the bathroom had amazingly hot water and great water pressure, and the TV/facilities worked well. I also love that they provided sunblock shades in addition to the curtains.

I wish they had larger comforters on the bed, but I'm sure I could've gotten an extra one had I asked. However, the heat worked well enough.

I've been previously to this hotel. I like it. It is simple and effective, confortable. Beds are super good, shower also. Parking is easy. Neighborhood is nice, especially since I stopped staying in downtown hotels, Frankfurt has been taken by storm by very ugly, rude people. From the hotel you are a few blocks away from a tram stop, and a couple hundred meters more, theres is a metro station.

Nothing serious really. Perhaps I would have appreciated a bottle of filtered water upon arrival, seen this details on other hotels and I liked it, especially now in summer. Breakfast is expensive at 15 euros.

I’m from the US, and this blew every other budget hotel I’ve ever been to there out of the water! Also, the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, hands down. Bonus points for it being included in the price!

Fellow Americans, you will got confused by the floor numbers in the elevator and how to turn on the electricity. The lobby level is 0, not 1. They help you with this by putting a big green band thingy on the 0 button on the elevator. I mistakenly went to floor 1 and thought I had glitched through reality or something. When you walk in the room, to your left on the wall is a card holder thing. Stick your room card in there and it will turn the electricity on. Of course you would know this if you read the instructions they gave you at check-in!

People at the desk were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great! Room was large and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom very nice and modern and super-clean. I liked the no-wall shower. Enjoyed the decor of the entire hotel and of the room. Loved the lighting around the bed. Enjoyed the view from our room windows. The last night we were there, the person at the desk arranged our taxi to the airport for the next morning. Everything went smoothly.

We had a good time here during our stay in Frankfurt. The hotel was equipped with most necessities one would need for a couple days and the staff was friendly during every interaction. I liked the fact that they have a sustainable concept for the hotel as well. The location is not quite centered but you can reach the center easily with the tram nearby within 10-15min.

I wish that there were a water kettle, cups or a small fridge in the room. There were also coffee stains on the carpet floor but that didn't bother us.

Early wake up at 5:30 am by fake fire alarm and consequent evacuation. On the other hand good to know the safety prevention system of the hotel is ready in case of real fire - fire brigade came in cca 5 minutes since alarm started...
