Breakfast was good, it was a bit expensive as we booked it later and not with the reservation, to get the best value you should be early up for breakfast, The staff was good and friendly

the room was ok, no air condition, the bathroom van made a huge amount of noise for hours, the layout for the light switches was just a mess and not well thought out, a dangerous experience was the shower, in the bathroom was no shower mat and while exiting the shower we both almost slipped badly, and that was taken it very careful getting in and out ,with spending a couple hundred $ we should get our backs fixed after the shower experience I'm surprised that there was no accidents yet None smoking building- except the night staff was smoking heavy in the building

Overall a good hotel. The family room we booked was quite spacious and clean. Close to main railway station, Munich Hbf and the coach stop for Gray Line Münchener Stadtrundfahrten Karlspl (the place from where most coaches for sightseeing starts) 5-10min walking distance. It is also very close to the Munich Old town - hence we could spend more time till late evening near Marienplatz, great music, food etc. - therefore a great location. The hotel staff were helpful, and I would specially like to thank Tobias for all his help during our stay in the hotel.

Just that between railway station to the hotel is a bit crowded with lots of kebab and green groceries shops which feels a bit crowded, however people who enjoy kebabs etc. may find this positive. The shower door was slightly broken hence water kept spilling out. We couldn't manage to start the TV and the internet was not really very strong and sometimes no internet connection at all - although trivial issues.

Good location and nice staff and communication.

Check in process was very difficult, I sent an email informing about my check in at 0200 and they replay, “NO PROBLEM” when I show up the door was closed and a phone number was in the door, but normally the tourist people does not have phone number or internet. For that reason I have to leave my family there, walk back to the train station and finally call the number to receive instructions to enter. All this can be avoided if they send by email all the details.

The hotel owner was a very friendly person. As the kids don’t eat much for breakfast he gave us a reduced price and it completely met our expectations. We needed a hotel close to the main station. I like the fact that this hotel offers family rooms. More hotels should do this. The hotel was very tidy and clean.

They could offer bins to separate cardboard, plastic and foodwaste instead of just having one bin for general waste. Water needed to heat up a little, but was absolutely fine after a couple of minutes.

Many thanks to the hotel, the personnel and especially to the administrator who checked us in and out. We came in the morning, requested early check in and were accommodated right upon arrival. In the morning we had an absolutely wonderful breakfast, and were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel till the evening of the checkout date. The room was big, warm, clean and comfortable. A lot of electric sockets to charge electronic devices. Excellent English, wizdom and a sense of humor of our administrator made our day. Highly recommend the hotel. Thank you!

Hotel Andra had friendly helpful staff, an excellent breakfast, and was a short walk from the train station. The neighborhood had both a grocery store and pharmacy in case you needed to buy anything like water, sun lotion, or an umbrella. The luggage storage let us check out on time and enjoy a last afternoon in the city before our evening train to our next destination. It was close enough to walk to the main tourism and shopping destinations if you didn’t want to use the metro.

The room had windows opening up to the courtyard. My kids loved being able to see out the window to the falling snow. The family room we got (room 102) was very spacious. Location of the hotel is good, 10 mins walk to the main train station (Hauptbanhoff) if pushing a stroller with a child. Lots of halal food available in the area. Of special note is Sultan, which sells the best hot Turkish sandwiches I've tasted yet. Supermarket right downstairs (Rewe) selling halal meats, if you're cooking.

The fittings around the room, some of which were falling apart. Like the shower head and the shower door. But we made it work, through all 6 nights. It's something you can live with.

great staff! They gave us the room already in the morning to help us with children, and last day they left us staying in the cozy common room up to late to wait for the train. the rooms are large and freshly renewed. Comfortable beds. One of the last hotels making you pay the correct price when traveling with children. I will definitely come back. Thank you

A fridge in the room would have been a plus. Missing an Italian channel on tv.

The wifi was pretty decent to work - not the fastest but good enough to connect to a remote computer. The staff was super friendly. The room was comfy and clean - for the amount of money overall the room really exceeded my expectations.

Hot water took 1-2 minutes to start working. In addition to fresh towels and toilet paper, some daily vacuuming of the room would have been nice.

the location is great. it’s near the train station, but a bit out of the fray. a very easy walk into the center. The neighborhood has many wonderful Turkish and other ethnic restaurants, and there are plenty of classic German beer gardens within 15 min walk as well. the facility is light and bright, and super clean.
