Steigenberger Hotel München

There was a variety of options for breakfast - very nice. The room was clean and came with the standard amenities. The hotel has a parking lot but I was able to find street parking nearby, for free. Very quiet neighborhood. Top floor rooms have a good view of surrounding neighborhood and trees.

The mattress was too soft for our liking. During breakfast, when we went right at 6:30 am, there were many flies flying atop the food. Some even stopped on the fruits - perhaps the hotel could find a way to prevent so many flies in the food area.

Room was very nice, we didn't choose to have breakfast included. Location is not central but very close to a U-Bahn station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had hurt my ankle and they were great with supplying medical supplies and ice and so on. The bar was also very nice, great vibe and great food.

Can't really think of anything. maybe next time we would choose to stay more central, but it wasn't a problem at all with the proximity to station.

Very comfortable bed, excellent shower. Despite being far to the city center, the hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes from the U-Bahn that goes directly to Marienplatz. The parking is good but expensive (25 EUR per day). The internet connection is good, even with the free and unregistered option. Good breakfast. Staff was really helpful and nice. Very nice sauna. We would return to the hotel and recommend it.

Expensive parking. Cleaning could be improved though it was not bad. We found silverfish in the bedroom, but the hotel promised to solve the problem.

Back again in that modern and quiet Hotel outside old city part (about 12min by cab). Friendly Staff. Large indoor parking. Nice bar and Breakfast room with large choice. More see bellow.

Narrow garage entrance (EUR 25.-). Breakfast would have been perfect with fresh pressed juice. Minibar unfortunately empty and replaced by a buffet at the welcome desk... please fill the minibars back! As you do not want to walk at night through all the hotel if you are a bit thirsty or hungry...

Modern, clean, stylish interior. Very nice restaurant / bar. Nice sauna. Perfect location fits our needs (traveling through Munich back home). Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds, what else ... :-D

I was missing minibar, I'd expect to have at last bottle of chilled beer there for the hotel of such class. For the restaurant, we had two beef filet steaks, both overcooked - it's sad. I was missing jacuzzi or similar in spa (I didn't check the hotel's spa description thoroughly before booking)

The only problem of the breakfast is overpriced i think. 32 eur/person. There ar many clients that eat for breakfast only almond milk with nuts and cereals and that price is to much. No room service after 10 pm. The staff always changes and not very good trained especially bar and restaurant.

The room was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is not far from U Bahn only minutes away as well as getting to city centre. Traveling out on day trips was great, we would recommend visiting Mittenwald, Kloster Andechs.

It was a comfortable space. I could relax.

If you stay consecutive nights, there is no change in breakfast, but I want to take measures. I felt the salad was lacking. Also, I can't understand why Wi-Fi is slow unless you are a member. Same speed in Tokyo, New York and London. I expect improvement.

The restaurant is not pleasant at all. Just sitting in a corner of the nice big bar. Only 4 tables. You can also have meals on the terrace, that's better, but not by cool weather. Staff in the restaurant do their best but there are only two waiters who also attend at the bar: not enough, I had to wait too long. The menu and the preparation are poor, not the level of Steigenberger. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Great staff, perfect location, close to tram down to Freiheit. Easily accessible for a car and good parking facilities. Good snack lunch on the terrace, but we didn't have breakfasts.

The room was slightly strangely furnished: odd fridge/coffee making facility, no comfortable easy chair. Unsatisfactory shower over the bath and water leaked onto the floor.
