Harbour Grand Kowloon

Great view over the Harbour. Prime location for watching the sailboats if you stay over the weekend. Pool is very cool on the roof deck, see pictures.

You should bring your own mobile wifi setup as the internet bandwidth is horrible. Most high end hotels will have a wifi router for each room, however this hotel uses a multi-room router system. So if someone in another room is watching movies on their computer it takes bandwidth from you. If you need to do business and are having any video conferencing, you need to bring your own mobile wifi to make it work.

Except for their decent amenities and other hardware, I would like to praise the professionality and enthusiasm of their staffs. I unfortunately lost my purse near the hotel at night and I was rather anxious. Nevertheless, with the tremendous support from the staffs, I was able to trace back my purse as soon as possible. This was not only a painful and critical lesson for myself, but also a vivid evidence about how considered they were when facing customers. I would like to particularly express my gratitude to Mr. Ian who worked at the reception that night. He offered very importance clues about my purse and advised me what I should do to handle this situation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a snug accomendation in Hong Kong.

The rooms are very spacious. The location is great with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

It took us 2 hours to check in. Some procedures should be simplified, such as providing a QR code to fill out a health statement while waiting in line to save the front desk staff's time.

Good location that is close to MTR and public transport. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is spacious. Right next to the beautiful Victoria Harbour.

Swimming pool was not open during my visit. I will prefer the provision of storage cabinet with drawers to allow me to better organise my belongings.

Convenient location. Easy access to MTR. Good size bed. Breakfast has a good variety mix.

If discount can be applied for hotel guess to dine at the restaurants inside the hotel, that will be great.

Location of the property was quite good, there was a subway line for transferring. If you like, you could try to take ferry to Central or North Point. Their room size mostly big and enough space for your luggages. Many food choices but a bit expensive. The property celebrated The Chinese New Year with Lion Dancing and I was luckily got the chance to watch!

I booked my room with harbour view because I needed to watch Fireworks during the Chinese New Year but the property was only along the Victoria Harbour. It faced to North Point and Causway Bay, NOT the Central ! The pillows were soft, my husband felt shoulder pain! They had laundary service but not the self laundary!

A lovely, clean and spacious room with a really nice view.

Shame the pool was closed for maintenance

Everything was great : starting from Location , ending with facilities . The only thing is : MY JACKET HAS BEEN STOLEN Either by the chambermaids on purpose or by mistake . But either way, when I came on reception with the request , they didn’t help me , even more - I spent a day waiting for them to check and than , by the time I had to leave for my plane , the receptionist hadn’t been helpful at all! He didn’t offer any compensation, bonus or something else . The jacket was new and expensive .

we had a room with a fantastic view of the harbour , well designed room with large spacious beds, good shower and seperate bath. Pool on rooftop again great feature and fantstic views, we didnt try the restraunt , but was always busy and food looked very nice , really good hotel, friendly staff, would stay again. Highly recommend, Located on the harbour people ran/walked exercised on the harbour path and nice to explore , Five min walk to MRT and Wampoa.

Didnt allow early checkin when we arrived had a very early morning flight and fair enough if the hotel is busy its busy and not allot they could do and offered to pay to check in at 12 and was told must wait till 2pm and checkin itself took ages with long queue and despite having 4 or 6 desks at checkin max 1 or 2 were only ever in use and everytime we passed on following days there situatuion was always the same with long queue of people waiting to checkin.

Property is great all clean and kind staffs.

Before I flight to Hong Kong, I got issue my credit card. I contacted them to sorted it out but they don’t want to listen to me or don’t understand how works credit card processing. When I arrived at property, 2 staffs sorted my credit card problems. Their name is Andrew and John thank you so much. I also got upgraded my room. It was great time and release my stresses my credit card issue. I think this hotel need to help other customers who have stolen or lost credit card after they paid room the credit card. I will definitely come back all my family in this property. I had great trip thank you all!
