Ramada Hong Kong Grand

Hotel looks old but he room is clean. Their maids clean the room everyday. Room size also not bad, it's fit for 2 people. Location is very good, just short walk from Jordan station with super market, minimart and many resturants around the hotel. And only 7-10 mins walks from Tsim Sha Tsui. No breakfast, which is better because you can get food from local place near by.

The bed are too hard. And room also feel smaller then it's size because of the dark wall. Shower room a bit too small if you are bigger than average asian size. Over all are not bad, because the location is too good.

Location was near major shopping district and mtr. We got a 20 level room and it was cold. All aircon and toilets working well. Price really good value for money

I read reviews of small room size. However it's expected for such location in Hong Kong. You need to find other hotels in other district if you want bigger space. However the room well laid out to maximise the space and Ramada did their best. Just keep all luggage under bed. Still have space to sit beside window.

Not too far from subway

1. Room is old 2. Unbelievable that the electric socket still be UK. Other cheaper hotels changed to universal already. Guest have to carry adaptor. 3. They dont clean your room. not remove the trash. You have to pay 15hkd per time. 4. Telephone in the room dont work. Event put Zero for operator, no one pick up. Toilet on the lobby is horrible. I saw poo on the seat and unflush. Even they locate 3 meters from FO Desk. We book because pf urgency, definitely not recommended. I dont agree with 8.0 score which booking.com rate. It auto generated. not from me.

Location is good and the facilities are fine since it is very near the shopping st of kimberly and night market on temple st. It is 5-10min near the park as well and several restaurant nearby the hotel. The cleaning staff was very polite and must be rewarded appropriately. Good wi-fi access and very accommodating staff.

The only thing they have to improve is the drainage... Every time I shower it flooded my Toilet and Bath... I hope they could install brighter lights on the chandelier inside the room to give the luxury effect.

Location of the hotel was excellent, close to shops, metro, sights. Very good. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly - concierge was very nice.

Size of the room was on the small size. Fortunately me and my daughter are not big people. Beds were firm to lumpy. No other issues. Room was kept clean. Servicing to the room was excellent on a daily basis.

The location is pretty good and near bus stations, MTR, and places of interest. The staff are very courteous especially the old man at the restaurant where we had breakfast, giving us some helpful tips as guests of the hotel.

The toilet specially the shower size is very small. No space to move around the room but its ok.

The staff is so helpful and friendly.

The shower curtain was molded, asked multiple times and took two days to replace it. The replacement was short, after taking a shower, water was everywhere in the washroom. My slippers brought the water to the bedroom.

Mainly the hotel location is very good centre point area. you can reach main market area within a walking distance especially Kowloon ferry, Tsim Sha Tsui and mainly famous Temple night market street.

location is good and convenience for transportation to anywhere. Room is clean and should agreed be comfortable.

The facilities at room is not well equipped; no proper desk and chair provided; no wardrobe storing places.
