Room is bigger than other hotel and very clean Easy to get hotel by bus from the airport Seperate toilet and shower room

Room needs more lighting. Location is convenient especially with the use of the shuttle bus.

I like their competitive price in the Tsuen Wan location. Transportation is also available for different choices.

The location is closed to a construction site, and there are lots of trucks and factories around the area.

Near bus stop, quiet environment, clean room and fast check in and check out

Not many restaurants near the hotel, a bit hard to find restaurant after 8 pm. But there is a restaurant in the hotel.

I love the modern vibe and even the color pallette of the hotel. I love how fast and quick the hotel staffs. On top of it i have no idea they have free shuttle. It's tucked in a residential and industrial zone

Shuttle bus driver was very rude. Totally unpleasant to talk to.

Received a free upgrade to superior twin upon booking. The room is huge for HK standards, and it was very well designed, with the toilet and shower being separate. It was also very clean and the beds were great. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to/from Kwai Hing MTR station (from where you can walk 10 mins to Metro Plaza shopping center), so it's very convenient and does a bit to offset the hotel location.

The walls can be quite thin, so your sleep may be disrupted by other occupants. The elevator is also quite slow (especially when only one of them is working) so you may have to wait up to 5 mins for it. Finally, it is in an industrial area, so you will have to take care when making your way to the hotel.

The staff and the house keepers were very accommodating and kind and always help us with whatever we needed. They give free bottles of water and extra blankets and towels whenever we needed it. They have a little fridge in every room and safe to keep your valuable. They also have shuttle service to take you to the subway so it's very convenient. There's also a money exchange right next to the hotel too. They can speak English too if you need it since my cantonese isn't perfect. The shower was good and had enough soap and shampoo always and the toilet is large. Honestly it was a great stay!

The bed itself is a little hard for my taste but that's ok I didn't ask for a softer bed or liner and they might even have one but I didn't ask. Also there's no heating so just ask for another blanket. The lights by the bed are dangling there so it can be easy to accidentally hit them which is a little annoying.

The spacious room,.very good size with large shower and super king bed. Loved the free courtesy bus and the overall comfort.

Didn't like the buffet breakfast, very inadequate and false advertising with the menu options. There is a fantastic breakfast place in the plaza where the shuttle drops you off at kwai Hing station. Location was far away from centre but a 25 minute train ride was easy

The hotel is clean and they provide free shuttle bus to go to nearest MTR station (kwai hing)
