location was ok since its a few blocks from nathan road and everything is there, from shopping at langham mall to the fantastic food stalls and restaurants in the mong kok area. its really a great area to be in. ladies market is just down soy st. the hotel itself was fabulous, staff was attentive and our room was very nice and spacious.
everything went well for us during our stay.

Near enough to the heart of the Mongkok, far enough for a good, quiet rest for the day! Room size is definately bigger then the usual cramped spaces of HK hotels, and it was so cozy that I didnt want to leave the room to explore outside.
The air-conditioning is central based, thus you are unable to change the tempreture. It just goes back to 18 or 19 degrees. Either you switch the air-conditioning off, or ask for an additional blanket - which helped.

Location of the hotel. And ofcourse the high standards of the Hilton !
Everything is good. For the real naggers and really want something to complain about then it will be, The tv is mounted to low (but hey ur on vacation why would u want to watch tv ?) Or there were some scale/mold IN the mirror (but there are like 5 other ones in the room).

The breakfast area was beautiful, with an incuded outside area. Food was good too. The location was close to many sites & if needed, taxis were there within 5 minutes. The roof pool area was very unique for pictures at night. Due to limited time, did not get to swim, but wanted too.
Not enough time there. Wish we could have spent several more days there.

Room is quite big, and very clean, bathroom is clean and had all needed utilities like shampoo, shower gel, shaving kit, toothbrush,etc. Hairdrayer was good. The towels were changed everyday, although I think there is no need for that. can be changed once in 3 days.
The breakfast could have more variety, that is expected from Hilton.

Every staff was courteous and hospitable. The location is close walking distance to the YMT station and a lot of local restaurants yet away from all the hustle and bustle facing the highway. Housekeeping did excellent job every day. It was always pleasant to come back from long days of walking around the city.
