Marriott Suites Pune

Room was spacious and comfortable with great amenities like Tv, fridge, microwave, kitchen and dinner ware and ample water bottles in the room..Also good amount of hangers, towels and toiletries..The staff right from the entrance, reception, room service were courteous and attentive..Food that were ordered was delicious and good in portion. It was a smooth check-in and checkout. This is my second time, and I absolutely loved it.

Bedsheets and certain areas in the room could have been cleaner. It would be nice to have charging points on both sides of the bed, and the bathroom door was a bit heavy and noisy to close.

Liked the Courtesy of Staff was above expectation. I want to recommend a few staff Akshay Room service ( Bell boy) was very helpful and a very kind person gave us information about the hotel Head Waiter Vinod in Senses restaurant was an amazing humble person. Waiter Shridhar took care of my family needs during our meals he was knowledgeable and he exactly knew what we going to like to eat. Highly recommended for employee of the month Sous chef Karan came over to the table and checked with us if everything is fine and even asked if he can make something for my daughter out of the menu. Overall a very happy and helpful Staff you have Plus overall experience with hotel was amazing Rooms were clean.

It was a well furnished 3-bedroom apartment which was very comfortable for our group of 7 ladies. The buffet dinner and breakfast package was very good value for money since both meals had an awesome spread. Housekeeping was quite efficient ....they replenished water bottles, tea/coffee sachets and toiletries promptly

The beds in two of the bedrooms were very narrow....they seemed to be smaller than regular queen beds. The folding bed for the extra person was very uncomfortable since the mattress sagged in the middle

The additional INR 2k as cleaning charges. That could be on a case to case basis depending on how have the pets behaved. 2k is super high.

It’s important to start off by saying that we were travelling with our small sized dog, so our primary requirement was that the place be pet-friendly. We were ready to compromise on our own comfort for a property that would allow us to stay with our pet. What we got during our stay at Marriott Suites was light years beyond what we expected. Checking in was a breeze, and the room was immaculate when we walked in. Nothing about the room made us feel like “animals” had been living there. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The room also had a garden, which was perfect for our dog, and made life so much easier for us as well. It was the little details that I appreciated even more — from the special “Pet Menu” to the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (we stayed almost a week so the washing machine was much appreciated!) All in all, the three of us had a blast, and we’re now looking for excuses to visit Pune again, just so we can stay there again.

Hopefully they can introduce some sort of tipping jar so guests can show appreciation to the entire staff by putting some money in it. That can then be divided between entire staff and not just few individuals.

Lovely rooms, very clean, extremely well equipped. Fantastic food (would recommend people pick the Half Board option while booking versus just picking breakfast- it’s absolutely worth it). very good restaurant service and attentive staff

calling the reception for things like a cot/ bottles of water was met with no response. when they’re heavily booked, checking in can take very long which isn’t pleasant after a long drive

The suite was very well equipped and clean. The size of the rooms was perfect. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious, offering a great choice.

Room were clean and comfortable with the kitchenette. Property is located in a good area. Also the food was good 👍 😋. Pet friendly property.

Room was not ready for check-in when we arrived, as before we confirm our check-in time. We were given another room to freshup but again we have to carry our 🧳 to our room.
