- We arrived 15 minutes before 2pm. 2pm is their check-in. We waited for almost an hour before we can get into our room. - small bathroom and shower area

Room size was good. Location of hotel is really nice and convenient. Its next to very famous "Bali Mall Galeria" rather its entrance to mall is adjacent to shopping mall's parking, Breakfast is the best part of this hotel. MS. Sally was probably the best host we have ever met. She went beyond our expectation. Very polite, humble bubbly personality and gave us lot of information about Balinese food. Staff at front office/reception were mostly polite and cooperative. Housekeeping staff was always ready to help. Well maintained pool. The only downside is design of rooms where shower /toilets are separated with just glass, but separation shields do not from floor to ceiling. The exhaust of toilet was not strong enough. Resultantly smell comes in the room. We were allocated to the room on our arrival which had this problem. Next day they shifted us to another better one on our request. They also compensated us for late departure, by not billing extra charges fee for the room and reducing 50% charges of hotel to airport transport. Overall, our hotel stay in Episode was very good and their hospitality is remarkable.

It is modern, relatively clean and located near big road so no jam and walking distance to galeria mall! surprised with the price for all these good values! Simple and good breakfast, fast response from the housekeeping, friendly security. Price is the same with some 3 stars hotels near kuta road but cleanliness is so much different! Episode is approved for family! The hotel is not super crowded so not much of young adults smoking here and there. Loft room is unique but not so suitable for below 5, the stairs is quite steep. Family room is very spacious for 2 connecting rooms, please choose this! My kids love the hotel. I will be back for sure. This hotel is good if you have many itienary to spend the day and rest after it. It is not a resort but very good for resting.

Small pool, open concept and separated wash and rest room make each of them quite small size. For big size customers this can be issue. For traveling with working partners will not be very convenient as 50% privacy while cleaning yourself will be reduced by the design.

We stayed there for 5 nights and it was the most comfortable stay in my travel history. The cleanliness, Room, staff and facilities are great. Location was nice as well just next to the Galeria Mall Bali. Recommended for family travelers as well. Breakfast served different menu during our 5 nights stay was super too.

Breakfast Decoration items abit dusty as it's open air. But they took immediate action once we told them.

Had a nice stay here! Ideal place to stay for your last days in Bali, can do some last minute shopping next door at the Galeria mall and very close to the airport.

We stayed in room 213, you have to pull the door in the lock otherwise the door won't close. Came back a couple times from a day out and cleaners would've come by and didnt shut the door properly and was still open.

has a room with 2 queen beds, that can fit family of 4 easily connected to shopping centre

parking is limited on the main building, they have separate parking as well on separate building, not sure where it is, we were luckily enough to secure a spot

I love the breakfast are so yummy! and the food are halal friendly. highly recommended and will definitely come again if we visit bali.

the entrance of the hotel is blocked by cars so we cannot see the proper entrance to the hotel. overall, there is nothing to be dislike about this place.

Very comfy rooms and the breakfast was really good! the staff were very friendly and it was a good place to stay before flying out of bali and it was under 10 minutes to the airport, it was very chilled out so it was nice

You have to get a taxi to get in the middle of kuta but we didn’t mind that

Hand washing basing, Shower and toilet should be closed together (with gypsum board) and separated from the room.
