Mercure Kuta Bali

The room were comfortable and the pool area was wonderful, excellent view with infinity pool and awesome to sit and watch the waves from the 4th floor where the pool and terrace is located.

When we arrived we were not allocated 3 bedrooms together as requested and I was told that it was because they had a large group staying. The bedrooms we were shown also looked nothing like the pictures given to us by bookings.com where it says "view your room" We had a very arogent manager who ensure we knew it was an effort to assist us and give us what we asked for and booked 6 months prior but it all ended well. We were total that Bookings.com shows the wrong pictures.

Location and staff were great. Room comfort able and clean.

The pool was magnificent but was closed late afternoon on 2 days of our 4 day stay. The main reason we picked your hotel was because of the beautiful pool/view. After coming back from big days out sight seeing, it would’ve been lovely to leisurely lay by the pool and have a cool drink and relax but we couldn’t because of weddings. It doesn’t seem fair when we too are paying customers and should be able to use the facilities we’ve paid for.

The reception staff were amazing. They organised a bike to take me to Atlas nightclub in Canggu. The room had a brilliant view of Kuta beach. I saw flocks of starlings (birds) fly past and a beautiful sunset. Helicopters flew overhead and surfers surfed the waves. The hotel is in an ideal location. Parking was easy and security were vigilant. The location is safe and convenient. Highly recommend.

Some slightly noisey maintenance activities during the day. Wasn't too annoying though!

The hotel was beautiful, especially the restaurant and the infinity pool. We loved the view from the hotel and on top of that, the hotel was located right in front of the beach!

The rooms could be cleaner. It wasn’t gross or anything. It’s just that our standards in the US is a bit high when it comes to hotel cleanliness and comfort.

Beautiful modern clean rooms and access to everything in a short walk’s distance.

Rooms aren’t sound proof. We got kept awake and awoken by music and children. You can even hear other people’s doorbells in close proximity.

Seaview and the pool on the top, close to the beach. Spa was great too! Breakfast nice and plenty.

Kuta itself not the best place but good starting point due to the airport being close.

The lovely, always accommodating staff. The location was perfect. The sunsets were beautiful viewed from the infinity pool. Due to Covid-19 things have been slow in returning to normal. There were lots of trainees but they were helpful & courteous at all times & did a great job.. Big thank you to the staff of Mecure Kuta Beach Hotel.

We booked a luxury double room - wasn't to sure what to think about that! It was ocean & main street side so very very noisy, however when we said to staff about it the next am they kindly shifted us to a better room which was great. What - no bacon?

This hotel is truly magnificent, nestled in the heart of Kuta with a stunning oceanfront location. The infinity pool facing the sea provided the perfect setting to enjoy a fantastic sunset, accompanied by music and refreshing drinks. The staff's attentiveness, cheerfulness, and willingness to assist were remarkable. To our delight, they upgraded us to a much more spacious room on the top floor with a panoramic view of the ocean. We couldn't have been happier with our experience here. Highly recommended for an unforgettable and joyful stay.

I did notice a slight sewer smell in the bathroom, which could be easily addressed with the use of air fresheners in these areas.

Location, hotel front of the beach, my room was beach view, 10min by Uber from the airport and just in the middle of the center of kuta, restaurant close everywhere. The rooftop pool with ocean view is amazing, staff really nice.

Disappointed for the spa, the massage was double price than price you can find next door, the prestation for a mercure hotel was not enough, and we paid 265000 roupie for one hour no extra intention like a tea after the massage. The taxe of the food that you order at the pool a bit high.Otherwise nothing else.

The stay was first class. I decided to stay here on the last day of my visit just to enjoy the luxurious vibe and indulge in extreme comfort before leaving Bali. Definitely worth it. For starters, the receptionist was kind enough to upgrade my room from superior to deluxe as I waited to check in. The room, needless to say, first class. Absolute comfort, the best bed ever with giant fluffy pillows. Awesome bathroom with a nice hot water rain shower. Tip top cleanliness, complete with all necessary facilities and also with strong wifi and smart TV. Strategic location nearby to great variety of restaurants, bars and cafes and you could just cross the road to Kuta Beach. One-of-a-kind infinity pool overlooking the sunset on the beach and has decks with seats for you to just vibe the evening away.

The food in the restaurant, the bar menu and also the spa services were quite overpriced.
