Grand Inna Kuta

From the time we arrived at the Grand Inna Kuta until the day we left, we felt so welcome. The staff were amazing, always friendly and so very helpful. I was unwell one day and l didn't go down to breakfast, the staff ask my sister where l was. On my sisters return from breakfast one of the staff accompanied her with a plate of food.

Staff were absolutely amazing. Location was perfect. So good to have the 3 pool options plenty of space to relax by the pool.

Property is looking a little run down in parts example tiles missing around the pool bar and in pool it self.

Breakfast had a good variety of foods, location was excellent and right on the beach where you could walk along the beach on the new pathway. Room was good size, clean and there was access to any one of the three pools on site. Staff are very friendly and only too willing to help.

We had the deluxe room and there was no balcony to sit outside and have a few drinks and enjoy the beautiful evenings. The lift was broken so we had to go around to the other side of the hotel to get our suitcases up & down. The hotel needs a bit of maintenance, and there are only 3 TV channels that you can watch (which was really annoying) in English, the rest were in other languages. International TV channels need to be made available, especially for young children when trying to calm down ready for bed. (to be fair, it was the same in other hotels too, apparently its a contract issue). Free airport pick up is lacking at this hotel (they charge IDR 300,000 to pick you up from the airport), and a blue taxi cost us IDR 60,000 to be transported to the airport.

Not enough condiments shampoo and body wash very noisy area pool people putting towels on sunbeds and leaving them then no room for anyone else no western coffee at breakfast

The location was great. The family room was decent. All 3 pools were lovely

No elevator to our room on the 3rd floor, was difficult to manage our 4 big bags. There was only a really, really old bar fridge in the room. Breakfast was nice however so busy all the time, huge waits for the pancakes and eggs etc.

The location is near Kuta Beach. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. The staffs are helpful. The room is spacious. The wifi is strong.

I booked a room with sea and pool view, but there are no view from my room ( just wall outside view ). I call receptionist about it, but he said that the room was full booked for the same room type and there are broken room so that we can't change room. When we arrive there are groups and so many guests, the restaurant is full of people. The hotel should make a scheduled breakfast for guests so that not so many people gather in some space. The food taste is so so, and not so many option. The bathroom drainase is slow, so that after every bath, there is small flood there. The room is supposed to have cable network TV, but there just local network in it. We really hope that the pandemic is ended so that all activities can operate at its maximum capacities.

The breakfast buffet was great, the location is very close to Kuta beach so a great place to stay if that's the area you're interested in. The room we initially got had some minor issues, and the manager was very helpful and even upgraded us for free. All of the staff were very nice, and it was a very welcoming environment considering how large a resort it is. This is a nice place to stay in Kuta, and I would stay here again.

The only real issue was more of a COVID issue than a hotel issue, as Bali was only just getting busy again when we stayed, many of the restaurants/bars etc in the hotel were not open, which was a shame as they were a big draw card. I would also recommend asking not to stay in the first/second floor executive suite, as the 3rd/4th floor have significantly larger balconies and better views for the same price.

Family holiday in GIK was great , kids love the 3 pools . Rooms were sea view as described and comfortable beds, Good value and kids had their own room . Staff were very happy and friendly. Buffet was included with room booking and was great to have verity’s of food , plus Milo cereals for some of our oz mates haha . The hotel was short walk to the beach and shops and kfc if you have missed chicken or McDonald’s This place was great overall as expected and enjoyed our as our second destination after Singapore and after 2 years of pandemic border closure.

The aircon was a bit noisy and hopefully now that bali is open to tourists bit of maintenance will bring back the hotel to live . This is not a negative feedback though.

We should have the sea view. But got the pool view, they said they consider the room the sea view bcs if you change your standing direction you can still see the sea. I didnt like this explanation. But they upgrade my room at the end. I like the upgrade. Obviously.

The staffs seems hesitate to help even laughing when i put complained on my room. And in the upgraded room, seems it was not ready, i need to ask for towels bcs it wasnt there. They said to wait till 6 pm. Finally i got them after i asked to give at least 1 first. Other thing, when i took the towel for pool, the staffs was not there, and some other staffs that manage the pool area asking me a bit rudely if i am writing my room number or not, i d appriciate if he can say it nicely for me to write or ask my room number Breakfast not so great. Options were limited. And stocks as well, need to wait sometimes for them to refill.

Stayed at the Grand Inna for a week. It has the best location and value for money I could find in Kuta. The staff were more than helpful and friendly especially Intan Puspita who went out of her wqy to make my stay enjoyable. I could not recommend the Grand Ina and staff more highly. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable with easy access to the dining area and swimming pools and the gardens and surround were immaculate. I had the buffett breakfast daily and was more than happy with the wide choice of dishes. Overall I could not fault this hotel and will be returning very soon.
