Good price and able to get connected rooms with our teens, which is why we picked it. excellent location to restaurant/shops/markets/short 5 min walk to beach. clean. Comfortable beds. Brilliant staff. useful mini fridge. clean pool. Seems most rooms have a balcony to view of pool. Room-service menu reasonable price and selection of foods. Great air conditioning. Staff very quick to reply to email after I booked, and quick to respond to requests during stay.

The property is 3 star, so a little tired, but at that price point you don’t expect a luxurious resort. Greying towels. Pool only 1.2m deep, which was ok for us but may not suit some people. Also, there’s nowhere near enough sun lounges. Breakfast included was ok, but very basic. Really weird placement of long window of frosted glass from room to bathroom, can make out the shape of whoever was sitting on the loo. Still good value for what we paid.

breakfast was very plain chose to eat elsewhere 90% of stay food menu good variety some dishes really good some not so good but overall was ok. don't like the fact that i payed $100 bond for room service at start of stay on credit card paid bill in cash at end of stay and have not yet been refunded bond back to credit card which i find to be quite upsetting when they should refund back straight away which i found little bit unprofessional that's the only gripe i had in whole time there

I have stayed here a fair few times always great place. Perfect location Good breakfast Thankyou to suki , always polite definitely made our experience enjoyable. Massages were amazing great team. Other people travelled with loved there treatments too.

Unfortunately some of the front staff struggled to understand when asking them things. Didn't accomadate one of the things requested kept saying yes after the 3rd time asking and it hadn't happened we just dealt with it. Prefered the old towel policy just sign the book when take towels and then sign again when bring them back.

We love the ambience, the rooms, the lay out, the pool, and the price! We stayed in this hotel on June 27th to July 1st. Before that, we were staying long before the pandemic. And we have stayed more than 3 times in this hotel. When I booked this hotel two weeks ago, I was wondering if the hotel is still maintained well. To our suprise, it's still well maintained and clean! I booked two rooms, and we got two connecting rooms. The rooms are big and spacious for our family of 5, including 2 children age 13 and 9. There's a sofa bed in each room that can be used as a bed for 1 child. The pool is also nice and clean. We swim everyday. We ordered some meals in room service, Mie Goreng, Cheese Burger and Nasi Goreng, the tastes are good.

The airport pick up was quick and easy. When we arrived, check in was quick and the room was tidy and clean. The aircon was working and very cold! We enjoyed the outdoor shower. Getting extra pillows was not a problem for the staff. The hotel is located in a nice corner that is a short walk to the beach and Legian Street.

Sadly, the daily breakfast was very limited and they struggled to ensure food was stocked and cooked freshly. You need to ask for special order eggs and ask for bacon as it is not readily available. Also, room service and pool side food portions are very small.

Rooms are simple but big enough and clean. A few maintenance would be needed such as fixing the leaking under the sink, tighten the faucet... also the pool was not heated and cold. but what can you expect after 2 years of Covid? I think it's normal a few things are not perfect. Breakfast buffet is great with everything you can wish, Asian food as well as more continental. The Spa is great and massage very affordable at about $12/15 per hour. The place is quiet and one block from the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants around. For the price, I can only warmly recommend.

Pool was too cold.

Enjoyed the outdoor shower and large bed. pool was easily accessible. Easy to get towels. We like how central the location is and also the friendly staff.

Need to put the cushions back on the pool chairs. we noticed sometimes cockroaches on the floors. no handrail in the bath. Hati Hati. unfortunately we were woken at three in the morning knocking on our door and then ringing our room twice at the same time. Also the roof was leaking in the bathroom. the safe had to get fixed three times

it was a convenient location. staff clean daily as desired. the food was also tasty. affordable and conveniently brought to the room in a professional manner. the pool was clean. they upgraded me, highly appreciated.

those who don’t like noise, stay at the back of the property, as the first few rooms have a large portion of guests and staff walking by with no clear curtains or soundproofing to avoid everyone walking by except night time. otherwise, it was not bad at all.

It was unfortunate we arrived just as they started renovations but hey ..it’s great Bali is getting back on its feet 😃

we have stayed here many times pre covid and it was lovely to be back. a little tired, but completely understandable due to past few years. can’t beat value for money. breakfast not like it used to be, but hotel was nowhere near full capacity, so understandable. lovely to see some of the old staff still working there. pool still beautiful, comfy beds and beautiful staff. massage amazing! location is great.
