Pullman Bali Legian Beach

The staff were amazing. All our requests were meet. Whether we needed extra water, an extra vacuum of the room, a screw driver so we could replace some batteries in my sons toy. They went above and beyond. Also location was superb. Across the road from the beach, and on a busy street of market stalls, a few restaurants, bars and day spas.

There was nothing not to like. Some suggested improvements would be to add a pool bar (the ones actually in the pool). Add a few more interesting cocktails to the happy hour menu. Also a shuttle bus to and from kuta would be handy.

Pullman has the best buffet breakfast around. The location is close to everything as well. The grounds are pretty and gardens are nice. Customer service is great. Stayed here a couple of times though and you never seem to get an early check in. Always 2pm.

Like several other hotels in Bali at the moment the Pullman needs some renovations. It's certainly not 5 star, rooms are tired, infinity pool needs a revamp, lifts not working. It's a decent hotel but currently the price and star rating are too high for what you actually get.

Bogan Parents who let their obnoxious un-couth children run around in the infinity pool bar area like they were at home when there is a family kids pool. People who turn up for breakfast wearing singlets or topless.

checkin was extremely slow this time around. no lines / just slow staff who did nothing know what they were doing. The pools could be a lot cleaner

we had the one-bedroom premium suite on the ground floor. The room is very spacious and recently renovated. the receptionist gave us the ground floor room because I’m pregnant (very attentive 😊). it’s located in front of the pool and nearby the restaurant area. the bed is very comfortable, living room is nice and cozy and the bathroom is spacious.

Due to COVID restrictions some of the facilities are still closed: spa and kids club. but there many spa around the hotel and my son loved swimming so this was not an issue. the shower handle was broken, it would be nice if the is repaired (not clumsily being put back). it didn’t give us too much discomfort though.

Loved the location, and the ambience of the hotel and its grounds. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly whenever we needed any assistance. Great sized room and bathroom. We also loved the rooftop pool, was a great atmosphere and view up there. Breakfast buffet was great too!

The lighting in the rooms is not enough, there needs to at least be a lamp or something that can provide actual bright light in the room itself (bathroom lighting is great!) The power point next to the light switch also didn't work when the lights were turned off which didn't make sense.

I like the ocean view which gives excellent view of Kuta beach especially the high floor.

the infinity pool area at 3rd floor was too hot during 10:00 AM - 16:30 when the sky is clear. beach umbrella will help provide some shade.

if you a city person who loves to have everything in 1 package Pullman is the best option. comfy large bedroom, clean, green, beach, mall, walks.. you can do it all from here.

the staff named dewi need to be trained again. she didnt give her best smile to domestic traveller like me, she made my key locked the day before I checked out and not apologize herself.

very clean and well presented,staff were fantastic friendly very helpful and always had smiles and greeted us whenever we went past any of them made for a very pleasant stay thanks everyone including ground staff cleaner and all others

children pool VERY ordinary pools not very big infinity pool needs more shade too hot too sit up there umbrellas don’t give enough shade paid for 2 breakfast but only had one adult and two small children 23kg each wanted to charge me $15 extra even though both kids wouldn’t eat as much as one adult . one price for westerners and one price for Indonesian for a 5 star hotel should speak more English
