great location next to the living world mall but also opposite an open shopping and restaurant area. Great for killing a few hours. The swimming pool is one of the best in the area- better then many higher star rated hotels.

I have experienced this hotel as a fantastic, warm and beautiful hotel. Fantastic service and a great smile! The Mint & Pepper resto serves as a great breakfast room, but also for dinner or just a drink. Thanks to Pak Budi and his team. Their is also a fantastic pool. I would specifically like to thank Ms. Elsa Hindriyani and her team for taking care of cleaning my room everyday, doing the laundry and give me some extra attention to feel at home.

The breakfast was very good every day. Regina went out of her way to make sure we got our hot chocolate every morning. She is a hard worker, very friendly, and a great asset to your hotel.

Apparently the thermostat was either not wired correctly, or was not working. The air conditioning was either all on, or turned off. There was no ability to set a temperature. It was either very cold, or got hot in the room.

First and foremost, the location. It's so close to living world, flavor bliss, hospital, etc. Also, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. My niece accidentaly left her wallet during this visit and it came back to her perfectly. I and my family have been staying at Mercure Alam Sutera if we have any activities around the area.

The location, the pool, and the peace

There’s mould in the roof over the pool. AC maintenance took 2 days that made the room pretty hot to sleep. The lobby isn’t as spacious as in the picture

Warmth welcoming, helpful hotel staff. Spotless clean and comfy rooms. Good breakfast spread, food lived up to our expectation.

Pool was closed. Everyone seemed to be so busy at the hotel restaurant, it might have been undermanned.

The location. Near by the toll, easy access.

The lift/elevator. Kindly make a better instructions how to use it. When I tapped the card, it has short time to press the floor number.

Shower fixture loose so hard to keep it in position. One bed light was not well fixed to the wall. No obvious TV listings Had to ask for hand towels as none provided Covid procedures were there but not that obvious with the pool full and no one checking temperatures when entering.
