seriously I don’t think it can become better then this, concerning bed, shower and space. obviously we are not in Rome, but yes there is an amazing beautiful lake. the shower is one of the best I had in years, the bed was dreamingly comfortable. Highly recommended!!

I didn't expect this place to be so good, room was nicely decorated and very clean. Beautiful views, Lake como 15mins drive with stunning views, lots of halal food places and ice cream. I will defo visit again. Host was very accomodating. Only thing there was no iron to iron my cloths 😅

Comfy, modern studio and carefully designed. Nice view to the boarders between Italy and Switzetland. Close to Como but located ideally in a residential, quiet part of the city, high up the hill. Amazing bathroom and great shower. Fast wifi and nice smart tv. Convenient and safe parking. Very happy overall!

Would be nice to have a couple of different styles of pillows. Balconies that you can sit and relax do not exist on the 2nd floor studios, which would have been nice to have. Also some breakfast options would have been great to have (even with extra cost).

Great location overlooking the Italian/Swiss border. We loved the view from the balcony with its elevated position over the townscape. Large and comfortable bed along with a great sized bathroom. Whilst travelling, a plus for us, is the small but functional kitchen facility, fridge and coffee maker. Easy parking on site and a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood to walk around. With blinds down and window closed there was no noise or light intrusion at night.

When I first researched this property on booking.com it said all rooms were 'apartment like', with a small kitchenette. The surprise was that our 'deluxe room' only had a little fridge and a small expresso machine. The girl at the reception desk was very nice and saw our disappointment and managed to get us a microwave...That helped a lot.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days and we were so overjoyed at the facilities and the exceptional value for money. The location was great and easy links to the bus stop. The view from our room was lovely and the rooms were also very spacious and modern. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have a Smart TV in the room along with free espresso coffee. The room was so clean and the bathroom was very spacious and modern. The owners were also so kind and helpful! We would definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect - no exaggeration! The location is quite and by car 10 min only to Lake Como. The apartment was really big and spacey, beds very comfortable and the bathroom perfectly clean - we liked the rain shower especially. There was enough parking space for the car. Raffaella was very kind and polite and helped us out with some tips concerning visits on the lake. I would recommend Residence Caffe Maya to everyone who wants to have a little quieter place to stay in this beautiful region.

This accommodation is super convient as a stopover. I have yet to find a better one! It is so close to the border between Switzerland and Italy, you can actually see the checkpoint. We arrived late, but self check-in went smoothly, communication went well and the room was very comfortable. The shower was especially amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Outstanding service, friendly receptionist, and great location, away from the busy cities. The room was extremely clean, shower water pressure was great, and beds were comfortable, for which we all overslept. Excellent value. Will stay here again on our next visit to Como.

There are no issues for me as I drove here, but I could see an issue for those who fly or take public transportation.

We did not have breakfast. The location is a little bit out of the centre of Cernobbio, and not so easy to reach, but the sight is superb, and the quality of service and apartment is excellent. In the morning we had a superb sight and nice sun in front of the house

There is no breakfast, but you can prepare a good coffee that is produced by the owners of the facility, and it is the best one we had during these days. Overall we had a great stay here :-)
