Location and Price. The place is hands down great value for money for most places in Stresa. Sofa beds were comfortable.Kitchen was well equipped. A 8 min walk to the lake and 10 mins to the boat stops.
The breakfast. This is a joke. we were told an hour before breakfast closes, that there are no more eggs. Coffee on both days was burnt. No fruits and only very limited bread options. The ACs in the house were great, however they stopped working on the last night. The wifi, it was only available in the living room. We told reception. They promised to get it checked but no-one came and it remained the same.

Breakfast was good but as we didn’t speak Italian we were ignored, we assumed that when we asked for coffee we would also get croissants as other people had.
Hot water to wash hand basin in watch room was suddenly scolding hot. No mention that the villa is on the main road and railway line. Didn’t like the thick muslin fixed blinds, couldn’t see out.

Breakfast is solid, but could be nicer. The little kitchen is a bit underequipped but we did not come here for a cooking fest either
