Our 3-night stay at Amman International Hotel was absolutely exceptional and felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The entire staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and we would like to extend a special thank you to Yara and Razan for their outstanding service. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff truly made our stay memorable. They were always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had, and their friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere. Every thing was amazing!

We liked everything about the Amman International Hotel We were greeted with a warm welcome on arrival We had the most Amazing suite The breakfast was delicious Room service was excellent Evening meal was delicious and very big portions The hotel guest relations Yara was absolutely amazing she organised all our trips and was there every morning to greet us with her lovely smile and to make sure we were ok We will definitely be back sometime as I've never experienced such hospitality any where in the world Thank you Yara and staff Special thanks to mohamd our wonderful driver

Everything from the staff to the hotel in general. Yara the concierge went above and beyond to make my stay as problem free as possible. Yana, nadjla and Ahmed were so nice in the rouge bar and kept me entertained truly lovely people. The bar is well equipped with TVs. TV in the room had an English channel and a selection of others. I used the hotel service for a trip and the driver was a lovely guy who went out of his way. I also used the spa and the massage was great although the sauna isnt hot enough. In general it was an outstanding experience. I will definitely be back!

The hotel was quiet and the suite was very spacious with everything we needed. The staff from reception, the cleaners and dining room were very helpful and could not do enough to make you feel welcome Yara, Guest relations Officer was very helpful and informative and would be in contact daily so you felt secure that there was some one to discuss things with. Loved the hotel, good breakfast where they would go out of their way to make you 'specials' . Air conditioning very effective! Good quiet location and all the sites and Downtown easily reached by Uber at reasonable prices Would be happy to return to the hotel if visiting Amman again

Nothing

Lovely, helpful and welcoming staff, room was fairly large, clean and well appointed. The hotel is far enough from the downtown core to be quiet and restful and yet a short and inexpensive Uber ride to the city. The pool area is clean and quiet although smoking is permitted. The staff strive to meet every request and expectation! This was a great choice of hotel for our needs and we spend another night here on our way home.

A very small point, but the breakfast didn’t include enough fresh fruit…and a no-smoking lounge would have been much appreciated.

This is one of the best stays I have ever experienced in my life. The hotel staff were amazing, they take customer care seriously and they show you extensive care in all details. Reception staff Mahmoud & Mohammad are my friends now, they allowed us very early check-in with no extra charge. Yara, the manager, is the hero of the hotel, she changed our room to a better room once she got available rooms, she took care of us like her family members. Restaurant staff are so nice and caring. House keeping are so good and polite, we forgot some gold and they rushed behind us to hand it to us quickly. Luggage team and parking team are so polite and smiling. I can't say except THANK YOU so much, you made our stay as amazing as you are. This team deserve to be a 7 star team. Looking forward to coming back again on our next visit to Amman 😀

From the moment you arrive staff are welcoming, friendly and personalise your experience. From porters to breakfast staff and reception the service is simply outstanding. I arrived very late to the hotel yet reception were still able to book me a day trip to Petra with a great local driver early the next morning. The breakfast is very large and caters for every taste. The service in the restaurant is impeccable with friendly staff showing me all the available options and bringing me beverages. Rooms are clean, modern, air-conditioned and have all the amenities you could ever need. The public and swimming pool areas are also very tasteful and well kept. Overall a fantastic experience, I can’t wait to return!
