The room comfort for short vacation and the location walking distance to tourist & local attraction. The room do have Qiblat distance for muslim tourist. The room is simple and reasonable. The lobby provide board games, water filter, toilets, laundry, vending machine and microwave (non-halal); so its comfortable to hangout at the lobby.

The parking is limited under the hotel, its 1st come 1st serve. The extra parking quite dusty and the dust stick to your car. There few holes also and dogs poo to watch out while walking or driving in out.

-The location quite strategic. -The good service provided by the staff during check-in and check out process. -The room quite big, clean and tidy during my stay. -The management do provide parking lots at the underground, in front of the hotel & the reserved carpark across the hotel but it's too limited spaces.

1) They should think of a way to provide more parking lots to the customer especially during peak season. The staff would call you on the next morning at 6.15am to go and park you car somewhere else lol.. 2) The staff and management should improve more about the customer's safety. Me and my mum had to walk far to the hotel after moving my car somewhere else after the morning call. But the security guard didn't even bother to accompany us. Bad service in terms of that. 3) Not quite good in term of soundproofing. I can hear the kids calling for their parents from the other room.

Lobby is very nice, comfortable, clean and bright. Counter staffs are very friendly and helpful. I booked room with city view, love the full length window. Location is very near to places i want to visit. We managed to find car park in front of hotel or basement easily, not sure if it's our good luck? :p

Sound proof is very poor. Can hear people conversation next door. Someone on his TV whole night make us cannot sleep well. Cleanliness is still acceptable, can be improve. Pillow and bed is a little bit too soft for me. Satelite TV broadcast is very limited, but still ok since we are not in room most of the time.

Room is tidy, clean, comfortable. Location is easily found, lots of restaurants and hawker stalls with variety of food available nearby, particularly the New Lane Street Foodstalls and New World Park Food Court. Friendly staffs.

Parking slots can be very limited, especially its underground parking, but there's another parking lot for hotel a small distance away. Rooms aren't fully soundproof so can hear the noise from next door and corridor. Shower lack of rack to place the shower gel and shampoo, had to put on the floor instead, definitely suggest to add a rack for guests convenience.

Room was comfortable, price is also affordable for 2 nights. Aircond cools the room pretty quickly too. Had a cozy and good vibes overall during my stay.

Could've clean the towels better as some of the towels have yellow-ish stains on them.

Very close to food options and walking distance to Georgetown and Komtar bus station. Had no issues sleeping at night, fairly quiet at night.

The air conditioning blowing down onto bed and had to set to low fan speed. Better than having no AC though especially on hot days.

Good location and spacious room, with the facility of self laundry was a plus. Already booked for another stay. Receptionist is helpful and friendly, alot eateries around.

Second day of staying we hung the make up room sign in the morning, when we back to the room at night the sign already flipped to "do not disturb" and the room was not make up and toiletries not top up. A little of dissatisfied for this.

Good place to stay. The price also affordable. Not really use all the facilities but really go beyond my expectations with the pantry, the laundry part, the environment. Good experience overall and really satisfy.

The only downside is the parking. Very limited and advisable just park your car, then use grab or public for traveling.

I just want to tell you, the condition of the toilet is very slippery before use, my wife has fallen and suffered minor injuries, I hope the hotel wipes and dries the toilet floor as best as possible, apart from that I am very satisfied with the hotel's service and environment, thank you
