1. The room size is adequate. The window is large a lot of natural lighting. 2. There are a lot of tv channels 3. Shower is very good 4. The room has 2 chairs and a table that is convenient for having meals. 5. The hotel has a shop for buying, water, snacks etc which opens at 7.00 am till 11.00 pm. This is very convenient. 6. The location of the hotel is very good, not in the busy town area, there are a lot of shops around.

1. Parking is not a lot. Although there are more parking at the back, this is not the case. There are more parking for the convention center but it is a bit far from the hotel. 2. The tv in the room is smaller that what I have experience in many other hotels. HBO channel in particular is not clear 3. I do not fancy the bed height which is quite low. Having problems with the knees, getting of the bed is not comfortable. 4. The gym is not that big. There are 2 stationary bikes; one is not working (the pedal was broken) and the other needs adjustment on one of the pedal.

The location near the North-South highway, near many shops, restaurants, and Dataran Amanjaya Meru. Clean and good service.

1. There is no covered parking - likelihood to get wet when it rains is high. 2. The design of the bed frame with short stilts at its 4 corners and the middle of each length made it very likely for someone to accidentally kick and hurt their toes - this happened to me and my pinky toe was swollen☹️ 3. The corridors could do with brighter lighting.

The food, the staff n the location. This is our 4th stay at your hotel.. The food served for in room dining n breakfast were always very very good. Breakfast buffet n dinner buffet are always exceeding our expectation. The staff, especially everytime when we just arrived, were always so welcoming n helpful.. N all the staff in the restaurant are very kind. We will, InShaaAllah definitely, be coming back to your hotel again.. and again. :-)

The sofa n chair are too heavy, hence the loud noises coming from the above rooms when people are moving the chair n sofa to accomodate their many children. It certainly disturbed our rest n right into our sleep.. The hotel management should take the initiative to put thick felt squares underneath the sofa n chair legs, so that when people are moving their furniture, it will b a quieter affairs.. besides, the thick felt squares glued to the base of the legs of chairs n sofa can certainly protect your floor.

- Location smack in the middle of Bulatan Amanjaya. Close to highways and facilities. - Room with a nice view and very clean - Parking ample - very good service from staff

- Our door locks are busted, and have addressed to the receptionist - Lights in toilet too dimmed - Breakfast average, we had extremely chewy anchovies for breakfast; to the point they are not edible. others are ok - called hotel earlier to ask for early check in but staff unable to answer clearly

It was really spacious, the bed was so large and comfy, love the view, our room was overlooking the square in front, and so many places to get food from. overall we had an enjoyable stay.

the toilet floor is almost the same level as room, so I was really worried when using the toilet, in case the water will overall to outside

Strategic locations. Near mydin and many shops n eateries. The hotel is quite big and cater for professional events. The room spacious and has a nice view of bulatan azlan shah.. the staffs are friendly and helpful.

I wish that the hotel would have a swimming pool.

the room is spacious, comfy even for 3 adults. we got corner unit with many points for natural light, with the view of the roundabout.

parking in front of the lobby is limited. though the parking lot is plenty, it was dark at night to park distance away from the hotel entrance.

The bed, the room layout, everything was to our liking. The premise itself is very clean and the toilets are dry. The location is strategic, just adjacent to the PLUS highway. Meru, Ipoh has everything that u want.

A bath tub or a swimming pool would be a wonderful feature for the kids.

Room was great, hall for conference also comfortable and the food served was delicious. Receptionist on duty (4/8/2023 at 9.30am) (women) was very helpful and kindness during my checkout and help me to prepare the new receipt for my husband in order to claim with his company. Much appreciated.

Clean, cosy room. Very modern hotel. Close to intercity bus station and a mall. Convenience store in the lobby.

Just a few foreign channels (Fox sports, Fox movies, Bloomberg). Not many sockets, and they're all British type. Most Malay hotels have universal sockets, so I'm surprised that this one doesn't, given that it's recently built. If not for those drawbacks it would have got nine points.
