everything except the staff

the staff first said they don’t have the room I booked, and since I didn’t pay yet( it was Booking.com’s only option to pay at properly), she asked me to upgrade to double room and pay higher. I said I wanted the room I booked and I had given confirmation too. she asked me to cancel the booking, I said you do it. then she called someone and then went up and arrange the same room I booked and gave me. whoever not aware, i they don’t have the room you booked, weather you have paid or not, they have to give you the same room better room. and can’t ask you to pay higher. it’s their problem.

Easy to find places to eat, washer. Strategic places.

The air-conditioner in room 816 is not too cold. The room quite small no spaces for pray for muslims.

Very clean and lovely decoration. The shared bathrooms were lovely and clean.

The single room was very noisy at night. The staff at reception were rude and didn’t respond to all our messages. It says it is 24 hour check in but it is not! They get angry if you arrive after 7pm even if you tell them in advance.

This is my first time staying at a budget hotel.. Honestly, i do not expect much.. However to my surprise, the facility deliver well.. All necessity such as a/c, tv working great.. Bed are comfortable as well.. Staffs are friendly and always serve customer with warm smile, even i check in late at around 11pm..

I dont mind the shared bathroom.. The facility in the shared bathroom works fine.. I suggest minor maintanence to replace worn out @ defect equipment.. Hallway is clean, however i find couples used towel dumped on the floor on 1 corner of the hallway..

1) bath tub tap no water, already inform the staff at counter but nobody came to ask or fix it. 2) fan is quite noisy.

Amazing staff at the reception had quickly changed my room when I wasn't satisfied. Best customer service for such small place. 💫

Smoking smell quite intense, should improve fan ventilation & try to separate non smoking & smoking floor.

Everything except the fan inside 8X6 room. And also, there are guests entering late night and they make noise. My daughter hard to sleep because of the noise.

The fan is noisy.

Good budget hotel near Larkin. Variety of choices to eat from the location. Not a bad budget hotel all toiletries necessity are included
