Staff are wonderful, especially breakfast team under Paul's supervision. Reception staff also couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Location excellent, right in the middle of Valletta and handy for buses and boats out of town, as well as many restaurants and strolls around the harbour walls.

Pool very disappointing as it's tiny, not big enough to swim in and no space to sit around it; sunloungers are in another area. It's basically just a large bath! Probably OK for a quick dunk on a hot day. No more than 4 people allowed in it at once. We'd picked this hotel as we wanted a pool.

location and cleanliness

the unprofessional Ian of the Night Shift reception employee who made an unforgivable mistake about our bill, since I was responsible of a delegation from the UN. and we discovered after we paid our bill, the next morning before our departure that he made another mistake and asked us for more money, despite that telling him many many times about mistakes in the amount, but he assured us NO!, plus frankly speaking and for quality and good hospitality matters, the Filipina deputy manager didn’t assume the mistake which they have to hold, she said only sorry, and I felt I have to “clean” their dirty mistake. it was unprofessional

It’s such an amazing little hotel with a professional and caring service. Wish we would had time to stay longer. I can only recommend this hotel. And it was so beautiful to have sundowner on the roof top.

Extremely clean, tidy and well looked after hotel. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, loccitane products in the bathroom were a real treat. New glass bottled water given daily during the turn down service. Staff were friendly and responded to any problems in good time.

The bathroom is a wet room and our shower leaked into our bedroom the first time we used it. The staff attempted to resolve the problem and thought that they had but after that point we concluded not to have the shower on full power because whenever we tried, the water was creeping towards the bedroom. The restaurant is extremely busy on random days and cannot cater for the amount of guests that are staying and have pre paid for breakfast included, we had to wait in the lobby on a couple of occasions for 10-15 mins until there was a table free, it’s not a big deal but just something worth mentioning.

I absoutley loved everything about the Rosselli, its location right at the heart of the beating heart of Valetta, the beautiful spacious rooms and the little touches the team made (sweets on the bed, bottle of wine upon arrival) but what made the stay the best was the incredible team at the front desk who went above and beyond

Nothing, perfect stay

This hotel is in a great spot in Valletta - a short walk to the cathedral and many restaurants. It is a new hotel with some quirky rooms but good facilities and above all fantastic staff. Any requests from the room were dealt via What’s app which was very quick. Everyone was extremely helpful especially the breakfast staff who were very friendly ensuring you had a good start to the day. If you feel like a treat the Michelin star restaurant is a must but book before arrival.

We visited out of season and the bar and hotel restaurant were not manned but drinks could be ordered with no problem. This hotel has a sister one a couple of blocks away (Saint Joan) and so used the bar there, as their residents had breakfast with us.

Location in heart of capital, rooftop area is extremely relaxing, room decor is truly 5 star, 5 star lobby area, friendly Staff, amazing housekeeping, presentation of food, surprise extras in room

Shower water ran out into room. Needs fixing. Neighboring Bar outside could be difficult for some due to very late music but we were okay due to tiredness

The staff were excellent, especially Maria and Levan at the front desk. Very friendly. I did pay a deposit to booking.com and was told I would see it refunded since I paid ion full for the seven days when I arrived, but I can't fin the credit.

The property is beautifully designed and the staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. the room and lobby were extremely clean. we loved the location as it is just a bit less busy than the center of Valletta but close to everything. the breakfast was generous and the presentation was lovely. We had a family dinner for 10 at Grain Street and the food was excellent. wonderful stay.

We loved this hotel, it's small and friendly - just how we like them. The room was epic! So stylish, and beautifully done. We stayed in a duplex room which has the bedroom upstairs. If you are not very mobile, go for a same level room as the toilet is down the stairs if you need to go to the bathroom in the night. The shower is lovely. Our balcony was a great bonus. We arrived to bubbles in our room which was a fab touch. All the staff were super helpful, special thanks to Alan who helped me get over my hangover by bringing me lemonade. The bar upstairs in Wonderful. Location is perfect, you can walk down the road for a swim just off the rocks which we did every day, and it's right in the thick of town. We will definitely be visiting again. We also ate at Under Grain which I will review separately, but it is a must! My photos do not do it justice but their website photos are exactly how the hotel is in the flesh. We had the room with the mirrored wall, green sofa and amazing tiled floor. I literally want to model my house on this hotel and intend to use the bathroom wallpaper in my en-suite!
