Food is amazing in most restaurants. The breakfast buffets have great variety and the quality of the food is high. The a la cart dinner restaurants are also very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed. Service was great everywhere. It was a true luxury vacation.

Food in Bikini Azul can be majorly improved. It’s more like cheap snack food. Same goes for the a la carte breakfast at Consentida by the main pool. Roomservice in our junior suite wasn’t very good. We ordered salmon tostadas and we received baguette with Salmon. We asked for wineglasses and a restock or the wine bottle various times. It was hard to get it and took a long time. Every day they forgot something else, from a bath mat, to refilling snacks, wine glasses. However, the above are just comments for improvement. It didn’t influence our overall enjoyment of our stay. It was truly amazing and we would definitely come back.

The hotel is lovely. There is a big pool, lots of choice of good all-inclusive restaurants, and lots of bars with a very good range of drinks. We liked the rooftop bar with infinity pool the best. Most of the staff were extremely helpful. The weather was perfect. The transfer to hotel from airport was very straightforward and inexpensive (this was done through Booking.com and much cheaper than using the hotel’s service for this). Our trip was for 9 nights which was about perfect.

When we arrived we were told to install their app, but this was quite basic and buggy and kept crashing on non-iPhones. We panicked as we thought we would struggle to see what was available, however after a day found the large complex quite easy to navigate. There were a few issues with miscommunication which would be improved by a few more native English speaking staff members. The vast majority of guests were American so this would greatly help with any requests and questions. Sometimes difficult to get sun beds and cabanas. Guests would put down towels and leave them there for the day even after leaving the poolside. Although staff often cleared the towels from the sun beds, the cabanas were left. A few later opening bars would be good, as the club played a strange mix of music

This is by far the best all-inclusive experience I've ever had, and probably one of the best out there! I can't even begin to describe how beautiful the facilities are: from the abundant greenery, to the architecture, to the pristine pools, it was truly outstanding. Would highly recommend for anyone seeking an upscale all-inclusive experience.

The food was great by all-inclusive standards, but left a bit to be desired as New Yorkers. We had tuna the first night that was dry/overcooked, and a few other dishes throughout that were disappointing, but the service made up for it. Didn't love how hard they push you to do the sales pitch-obviously we could have said no, but it didn't feel like a choice but rather an obligation.

Everything - I cannot fault this place. Absolutely beautiful, staff were so amazing and for an all inclusive resort the food was spectacular. To this day my boyfriend says he has not had better bacon in his life from the breakfast buffet lol!

Everything was perfect!

I stayed here for my birthday and had an absolutely amazing time. The staff is amazing, friendly, courteous and so helpful. The food is phenomenal and so fresh! I found myself ordering room service late at night just for the brownie desert :-) ! I look forward to visiting again in the near future.

I did not like the sales team pressuring guests into Inspira memberships, this is vacation and we are there to rest. I decided not to attend the presentation and could sense a switch in the tone of the sales rep once I declined, I did not appreciate that.

I was a victim of credit card fraud when paying my final bill. The hotel offered 0 help.

The amount of activities and the overall beauty of the resort. It was always clean and all the restaurants were outstanding! The beach was great as well as all the different pools.

I was not a fan of the sales pitch for the time share with them they grab you right when you arrive offer you a beach dinner which is outstanding but then they ask you to commit to coming and hearing about thier time share which takes 2hrs if you miss the first time they will call your room and reschedule it and your concierge will find you and ask why you didnt show. As much as we loved the beach dinner there is a much better way to sell a time share to a person please be aware. The other issue we had was our electricity went out 2 times and it took some time for it to get turned back on.

Heaven on earth! We visited the hotel with my wife during January and we felt in heaven since we put a foot inside! The whole staff is so kind and helpful that you won’t need to think about anything else than enjoy and rest. Food: We have no words to describe how exceptional the food was. Not only a lot of variety on the 7 restaurants they have but also incredible quality. All the restaurant are A la Carte with lots of options and beautiful designed ambience. Our favourite was Takeshi. Rooms: We booked the Junior room (the most basic one) and it was exceptional, 50m2, super king size bed, big balcony with sea view and a beautiful bath. Inspira: We didn’t do the category “Inspira” and we didn’t feel that it was necessary at all. We were scared and we almost cancel last minute but it is all properly all inclusive. Even the restaurant María Dolores is included one night if you stay for a full week. The only “big” difference I would say is that as an Inspira guests you don’t queue for the restaurants. But they have SO many that we waited only once. That night they gave us a beeper and we went 30 mins to enjoy a nice cocktail at the rooftop bar open to everyone from 6pm. There is indeed a special spot for Inspira guests by the beach but it is absolutely the same set up, same service, same cocktails. Our suggestion: Don’t pay for the difference until you are there so you can decide if it really makes sense (you can do it at the hotel directly). Very important: don’t loose your time with the inspira tour of the hotel. It takes 2hs of your day and at the end they want you to pay 80.000usd for the membership. We want to mention specially Marcos on the entertainment team. He made our days super fun and full of activities! Also, Javier, at the pool is the best waiter ever, super kind and knowledgeable about cocktails: always follow his advises ;). We will definitely come back!

Luxury feeling and great staff attitude. Being all inclusive is great. good restaurants and excelent atmosphere. Really nice gym and facilites. Great View in the pool and amazing ocean and Beach Side.

make sure you review the restaurants you will go to. There was one mediterranean restaurant that didn't work well: the table mas next to a water leak. The service wasn't the best and the waiting times between dishes neither.

Every single detail of the resort was thoughtful -- it was absolutely stunning! I loved feeling like I was immersed in nature with all the greenery, the rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the bed was soooo comfy! We loved everything about the ocean view room we stayed in, too. I appreciated all the gluten-free and healthy options available. The food exceeded my expectations and we enjoyed going to the coffee bar in the morning. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and ready to help make our stay a good one. The pool and beach service really made everything so easy!

Nothing. My only regret is not booking a longer stay. We didn't want to leave!
