Some stuff at the Reception kept harassing me to pay my hotel room the second day I was there Normally you pay on the day of check out. There internet is horrible for the amount your paying to stay there they shouldn't have you pay extra for internet that's ridiculous.

The facilities were great, it felt very luxurious. The pool was much nicer than I had expected. There were complimentary activities, I enjoyed the yoga on the pier especially. The restaurants were good and the food was some of the best we had on our trip. Its close to the ferry for day trips. It is located away from the main hotel strip, which we were not keen on, so the location suited us very well. The service was fast and the the staff were very attentive. We were welcomed with a bottle of water straight out of the taxi. They were all very informative and helpful.

We did not go all inclusive and it at some points we felt like we were being upsold quite heavily. You have to buy a whole bottle of wine with dinner, you cannot just have a glass. We took the option of going to the sister hotel for a tour, they are selling off stakes in the business. We would not do this again. This also added to the feeling of being pushed to buy more.

Everything! The hotel is very clean and the put a lot of effort to keep it that way. The rooms are big with super comfortable beds and pillows. The personal is amazing!! I would love to name all of them but I don’t remember all the names. I remember Marlene who cleaned our room, David at the pool. In all the restaurants they were so nice!! Even at the Starbucks!!! My favorite person was Lina, the yoga instructor and the two ladies that help her to prepare everything for the class. I already miss you!!

The resort was amazing. Staff was great, I would definitely revisit.

The cost of per person to add for each room is not ideal. There should only be a fee for the room charge but not to add additional guest at a ridiculous price increase.

The resort is nice & grounds were well maintained! Pools are nice! Restaurants were good & waiters were amazing! Like the hammocks on balconies!

The almost 4 hours spent on a “membership” tour & discussion wasted half of our first full day there! There were not many options for breakfast or lunch! The rooms needed updating! Not much to do at night on the resort! Should have more comfortable chairs in living rooms & on balconies!

In one of the restaurants,although we were all inclusive we were charged for the bottle of Prosecco. Also. We all tipped generously but on checking out tips for the restaurant were charged.

Breakfast Buffet was excellent, all the fresh fruit and the variety surpassed my expectation. The five different pools on location was awesome. The room with all the extras was unexpected, such as dishwasher, washer dryer, micro-wave and two big screen TV's I can not say enough about the staff, very helpful, friendly and courteous. We are already planning for next year, either there or one of your other locations.

More evening entertainment would have been nice and an expanded after hours menu.

It had all the bells and whistles of a place you don't have to leave, if that's your thing. The pools were lovely. great breakfast buffet.

$400 pesos one way for a cab from central Cancun. super far from everything.

Excellent breakfast, excellent service with emphasis on César Soberanis, who, in addition to being a good waiter, was a great advisor. Our apartment was about 120 sqm or more and was very well equipped, with a living room, kitchen, fridge and a balcony with good view. Good beach with a nearby pier for boarding tours. Great point for visiting Isla Mujeres, the ferry leaves just 200 meters from the hotel.

The hotel is far away from the city and from the hotel's central avenue where the famous restaurants are. Sargasso at sea and bad-tempered bartenders are characteristic of all of Cancún area.

This hotel’s service is what has stood out for me the most and what made our stay so enjoyable - from the moment we arrived at the reception to daily restaurant staff and housekeeping. The restaurants in the hotel and the breakfasts were very delicious! They were so kind to give us a free upgrade of the room, which just made our stay remarkable! The facilities at the hotel are great too! The spa has an incredible vibe, the pools and jacuzzis are of different sizes and shapes, the bonfires at night and beautiful decor give the hotel that luxurious vibe. The daily nighttime entertainment is also great and diverse: from movie nights to live music. Really satisfied with our experience! Thank you so much!

The beach is not the best, but it had some activities like kayaking, snorkelling and inflatable mini water park. Coming to Cancun, you’d expect clear azure water, but this isn’t a place for that. There’s also a huge ferry that goes to Isla Mujeres, which is a pro and a con. Pro: you can easily travel to a place with stunning beaches and more adventures. Con: it ruins beach views - so if you’re expecting to take stunning pics on the beach here, you’d be slightly disappointed. Despite the beach, we’ve had an amazing stay!
