TRS Coral Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

We loved the Junior Swim Out room! it was amazing and worth the money. The spa is amazing we went a couple times. All the restaurants were great!

Transportation to and from airport is tricky. Since we did not book thru hotel, the hotel was not very helpful about arranging transportation to/from the airport. We finally were able to get lined up with transportation after talking to multiple people. I also did not love them trying to sell the time shares within the first 15 minutes. It was a lot after a long morning of traveling!

EVERYTHING!!! … “like” is an understatement. I loved❤️ it here! Upon arrival. You are greeted and welcomed by the friendliest staff. Where the culture and tone is set to serve and assist to make your vacation and stay here. One where you’ll NEVER want to leave! My husband and I haven’t stopped raving about this resort. Food, restaurants of your choice, pool, spa, gorgeous sandy beach, unlimited drinks. Although we were in the adults section of the Grand Palladium. You can take advantage of the other restaurants of this huge resort and all of the amenities they provide. The Zentropia spa is like NO OTHER!! Massage, sauna, steam, healthy juice bar by infinity pool. Hydra-therapy pool is out of this world. DON’T leave without going here! Butler service assigned to each floor to help make restaurant reservations, itinerary of activities for the day and assist you with special requests. Again, I can’t comment enough about the service this staff provides. All with kindness and A smile! Side-note. Please take negative reviewer comments with a grain of salt. I find. There are people who complain about everything! Can’t satisfy them no matter what you do. If you’re dissatisfied with anything during your stay. Someone here will do their very best to go above and beyond to assist you, accommodate you and make your time here a great experience.

This resort was amazing. We were blown away at how nice the facilities and rooms were. Everything was very well maintained. The design aesthetic was well chosen throughout the entire resort! Read more if you want a detailed review... Food: Every restaurant we tried was delicious. Bc we were only there 4 nights, we were not able to try everything that was offered, but our favorite restaurant was el Guacho, the Argentine Steakhouse. For breakfast, we went to Capricho every morning. They had a beautiful buffet area with everything from a cheese & meats station to colorful macaroons. You also were sat here and had a server you could order from. There was live music as well. The pool honestly had the best lunch food which was quite surprising. Bars/nightlife: On the TRS Coral side of the resort, we had a few lobby bars and a rooftop bar called gravity. We loved going to that one, as you could see the beach while listening to great music. The other bar we liked was eclipse on the other side of the palladium complex. This was also a rooftop bar but was a lot smaller. There was always dancing here and plenty of shots to be had, haha. One thing I did notice was that the quality of liquor was much higher on the TRS side. The moment you went to the other part of the Palladium property, the quality went down and the bartenders were pretty grumpy. Pool/beach: The pool was gorgeous. Plenty of chairs/beds to lounge around the pool on. The pool bar could be lively at times, but it was large enough that you could avoid it if that wasn't your vibe. The beach was lovely. Gorgeous white sand. A little wavy which I enjoy. Servers were very attentive with drinks here as well. Staff: THE BEST PART. Everyone was absolutely lovely, attentive, and quick. Most staff spoke English very well, which has not been my experience at other resorts. I wish we would have brought more cash for tipping bc they deserved it!

With the resort not being in the hotel zone, there were not many things easily accessible off resort nearby. It was a 30 minute or more taxi ride to the bars/restaurants that a lot of tourists go to. However, we really didn't mind bc we found enough to do at TRS Coral. But that's not really the point of staying at TRS. If you want the wild Cancun tourist scene, stay in the hotel zone. If not, stay at TRS Coral!

The Butler service was so convenient and helpful. Francine and Hector were amazing. So friendly and attentive. There were so many activities daily to choose from. We did paddleboarding, archery, dance lessons, and tequila tasting. All so fun and basically felt like private experiences. The guides we had were Angel, Dante, Daniel, and Alexandra. They were all wonderful. Knowledgeable, funny, and made each activity a memorable time. The pool service was fast! And we could order drinks and a variety of food, basically all day. Our main server was Leticia and she was so sweet and also very attentive. The level of customer service and attention here is unmatched.

The doors to the rooms slam shut. Our neighbors on two of the nights were out and about all night until 4am or so. So we were constantly awakened by slamming doors throughout the night. If the doors were upgraded to close softly, that would be a huge improvement.

The food, service , facility, cleanliness, grounds were all TOP NOTCH. The grounds are immaculate and they all cater to your every want or need !

The water was rough and not clear. Lots of seaweed and no still water, so we never stayed on the beach but the football field sized stunning pool with huge bed lounge chairs and lounges in the shallow portions of the pool more than made up for it. Don’t go for the beach or you might be disappointed. They also honestly need some better security by the pool. By 2-3 o’clock the swim up bar crowd needed a bouncer. There is drunk and then there is out of control.

First of all I want to say Thank you TRS Coral hotel . Our 22 hours -long road to Mexico was worth . HOTEL: hotel is beautiful , very clean and the disinfection in these covid times there is in very high level . You will feel safe there. Staff is very helpful and not rude at all ( as i have read in previous reviews ..) . We felt so loved there . Thank you !! Room: 1st building.. i was so happy because we As a couple wanted calm room to enjoy romance. And our side of hotel was so quiet.. we felt very good here ! Btw we had A SWIMUP SUIT and i definitely suggest you to book this kind of room. I felt inlove with our room. The view, the hottub, the design ... everything was perfect !!!! And water was so warm in our pool. Sound isolation with other rooms was good but not so good with corridor. You can hear everyone walking and talking in the night etc. FOOD : food was good but for lunch and dinner you need to make reservation . Our favorite restaurant was French restaurant . I suggest you to try it. We enjoyed the breakfast in Capricho .. so tasty . And live music every moorning , Thanks A lot. And the coffe shop was amazing.. caramel ice latte machiatto was like in Starbucks!!! Try it out !! Beach was awesome.. there was not so much seaweeds.only A little bit but it doesnt bother us.

CONS : in the last day we waited our breakfast A la carte omlettes approximately one hour!!! One evening we went to the Italian restaurant and we waited 50minutes in line !!! We had A reservation but there was too much people .. totally dissapointing. TIP: go to the dinner @7PM and you will never need to wait! Later there will be much more people ... and the check out process was so slowly... 25minutes !!!! Because there was so many people that checked in . But we needed to go to airport !!! Cmon 25minutes. We have been in so many hotels in whole world and first time we saw so slow check out process (btw the check in was very fast)

Basically everything about the TRS Coral was outstanding. Definitely one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. it was beautiful, clean, and very well designed. The food was outstanding; by far the best all inclusive food I’ve ever had; the live entertainment at breakfast was a lovely touch. The staff were all amazing, especially my butlers, Alan, Alicia and Janer who went above and beyond to help me out throughout my stay!

Check out could have been slightly more organized… But it wasn’t really the fault of the resort; there was a huge turnover of guests the day I left and the staff were trying to maintain covid protocols so I appreciate that it wasn’t their fault.

The rooms were superb. I stayed in the loft ocean view for two days and a swim up for my third day. I thoroughly enjoyed both rooms. My Butlers (Sostenes & Ricardo) were amazing and accommodating. I had a third Butler once I changed rooms (Najer); he was so helpful with my luggage, room and food. The property is well kept and the aesthetic is nice. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The show at Chic is amaze balls! It’s worth the extra money to attend. The downside is the food was very subpar.

There is no business center and I had a difficult time emailing the staff a document that I needed printed in order to return to the States. The pool is smaller than I thought but it wasn’t overcrowded so I was able to social distance from people. I did not appreciate not being able to use the resort credits I received for actual items on the resort. I couldn’t use them towards the spa, the resort store, or for the restaurant/lounge show Chic. Also, I didn’t receive the booklet of credits upon my arrival. I read a paper once I got to my room that I had resort credits so I asked the butler and went to the front desk yo get it for me. The resort could do better with explaining the use/non use of coupons.

We loved everything! The staff, the food, drinks, massage, hydrotherapy, amenities, clean environment, chicaboret, and lots of activities. It's indeed memorable. We are definitely going back!

The only terrible experience we had isn't from the TRS Hotel, but from Booking.com. Booking.com disappointed us with our promised Taxi on arrival. We were stranded at the Cancun airport for about 3hrs in over 100°F sun. I called the customer service like 3 or 4 times, and no one could help. We had to eventually settle for a very expensive taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. As a loyal customer of many years, I'm expecting Booking.com to make it up to us as promised.

The resort was amazing The staff was unbelievable I had two bulter staff Paul and Gore they where the best .the staff at the pool oh my God I was treated like a queen Carlos, Julie and lurds .I had a spa day and lous was amazing it was the best I've ever had I'll be coming back

So I didn't realize the resort was far from the city I traveled bye myself so I didn't leave the resort ,the resort was really big I meant a young lady on my trip she showed me places on the resort I didn't know I think a hand map is needed
