Casa del Caribe Inn

price and location. it is the small kind of hotel we love to stay at. it is not fancy and I’m sure people can point out maintenance issues but it was very clean with staffing issues everywhere it’s not a surprise that the checkin process had to wait until the staff person came over from a sister hotel. staff is very nice and helpful. great dinner suggestion: Ropa Vieja restaurant just a block away. and the beach is two. price so low that two single travelers could have their own room and save hotel money for other things. tons of shops and restaurants in the area and it felt very safe. we were there for just one night before a cruise but the area is worth at least three. nice outside area for sitting around

nothing as long as you know it’s not the Marriott up the street (and at who knows how much more money) but you don’t hang in your room

I loved the fact that it is surrounded by plants and trees, giving it that calm nature touch to it which relaxes one’s mind. Every single staff member I met was very kind to chat, friendly, and helpful with doubts and questions about where to go and visit around the area. The rooms were impeccable, very comfortable, and smelled great.

The only two things I would say that could have been better were the wall plugs to charge devices that were loose, and also the Wi-Fi could be upgraded to a stronger one so it can support a better browsing and surfing through the internet.

The staff was the best! We had arrived late night almost at 12:30 midnight from the airport and they made sure someone was there to take care of our family. We booked for 1 night only bc we had an airbnb on the west side but decided to go to the condado beach (literally 1 block away) the next morning. We asked if we can still use the outdoor shower after checking out and they went above and beyond. They let us (family of 5) use the outdoor facilities of their sister Inn El Canario. They were so polite and kind. They made us feel at home and I will definitely stay again in either one of their hotels. I recommend them. They're so pretty and cottage like , feels so Boricua. They had a breadfruit tree in their yard. I was loving it all!

The beds were a bit too firm for me other than that it was totally perfect. We loved it!

Eddy is THE BEST! He is willing help with anything and is VERY close in case there is an issue. I have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed, only impressed! It is directly across the street from the beach and you don't have to walk more than 5 minutes to find anything you want (bars, local restaurants, night clubs and much much more.) It is an amazing location! And with so much night life around the corner amazingly you will not be disturbed by loud music or people! Eddy is the owner but All of the employees are very nice and welcoming and will do whatever they can to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. I will recommend to all of my friends and family and fellow tourists that I meet along the way. Some tourists are afraid of different locations to stay for there journey and I always steer them towards CASA DEL CARIBE INN!!!

Everything was great. Perfect, quaint little place. It was a small facility with not many amenities but it was all we needed. Staff was attentive and friendly. Gave us the small business feel of really taking care of us. It's nothing fancy but a great place to sleep and shower- which was what we wanted! Eddie always ensured we were taken care of.

Would have appreciated easy access to additional clean linens since there is no daily maid service. We would have liked to trade out our towels & sheets more often. And even sweep up the sand.

The room was much bigger then expected for my wife myself and two children ages 9 & 11. The location was amazing and the value was good. It was across the street from the Marriott and was a no frills facility to rest and shower. The price was great and we had a very good experience. The area was very convenient and safe.

Easy access to the main tourist street.

Our stay was a good experience. First time in Puerto Rico we arrived at 1:00 a.m. The hotel was not available to check us in , we had to walk one block to get the room keys for the room to a different hotel . It will be easier for someone to meet you at location once you arrive.

Blessings went we book the stay we did it looking at the pictures of the ad but went we got there it was not like that the pool was in another location and our room dint have windows , but it was ok

Staff is great that treat us beautiful and waiting for me to give me the keys to the room I reccomend this nice and cozy hotel and I thank you so much mr.Eddy is a beautiful person so sweet the bathroom clean and the bed to love this place I like staying there and I recomend

I liked that the hotel was secluded you need a key to enter the property witch made me feel safe. The room was clean and bigger than I thought it would be. Hotel is located close to alot of restaurants and is only a five minute walk to the beach I would definitely stay here again.
