The Location was about $10 uber ride, They had a beach next to it, and the pool was SUPER FUN its open late. It's also about 10 minutes to and from the Airport. If you want to be in town it's a nice place to stay.

Most of the things I didn't like were things that they couldn't help. They seemed short staff (who isn't today, COVID), and they still had some damage from Hurricane Maria, but with COVID they've been unable finish the repairs. Also I visited about 2 weeks after restrictions were lifted on the whole Island.

Location is perfect and easy to get to from the airport. Due to problems and delays with our flights we were still able to check in about 10.30pm. Breakfast and service in the hotel was brilliant. Our room was spacious as was our bathroom. Loved the pool area and seating outside the hotel oceanside.

The bar didn't stock a lot or many actual glasses and shut far too early. Our room was supposed to have a bay view but it really consisted of the road outside and the facing hotel.

I was apprehensive when I booked this place because of all the bad reviews, but it wasn't the case anymore! The wifi was glitchy when connecting, but when it connected, it was fine. The room was clean, the service was great. There was no problems with leaks or bugs or understaffed issues. Everything is fixed in 2022! We stayed in the Ocean Tower and it was lovely. With a little more maintenance to the exterior and the old restaurant location, it'll almost be back as new! Also, the proximity to the Playita del Condado is totally worth it.

It was all coffee in the rooms, a tea bag would be nice. There were minor issues with the general building (missing tag, door lock ran out of batteries, bathroom vent wasn't working, elevator was stuck on the 3rd floor), but the staff was very attentive and fixed it as soon as they can.

The breakfast was just OK. I got what I ordered. the staff was excellent, super. The front desk, the cleaning staff, the security staff, all very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect. My wife and I had an excellent stay at your Hilton Plaza. I will return. thank you

I enjoyed my stay. No complaints. Not your problem but, the streets really need some work.

I loved everything about it I had a wonderful stay I can't wait to go back I will be staying here for sure the veiw was wonderful the pool was great.

The location was perfect to where we could walk to local restaurants and shops/ stores. Quick drive from hotel via taxi or Uber to/from airport as well as other historic destinations or activities. There was a restaurant in the hotel 2nd floor of hotel that had delicious food. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The balcony had a gorgeous view.

They did not offer any shuttle services. Their restaurants had limited staff and as such weren’t open for long. Their Denny’s said open late but we’re never able to service us due to 1 person who had to run check in at door, act as the bartender and the cook - honestly felt bad for the guy. The balcony was dirty and some of the bars were broken. The tv did not work and the room said it came with Wi-Fi but every time we tried to set it up on their site it didn’t work. No directions or passcodes were provided at the time of check-in as well.

Love the ocean view and pool party atmosphere.

Price which seemed a little highand not everything open because of covid so not there fault.

Location was very easy to get to Old San Juan. Enjoyable setting. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beach is a great spot as well.

Hot Tub was not working, which was a bummer. Hotel was under some renovations but did not affect the stay too much. Breakfast was a really long process so that was a one and done. The people working in the restaurant were very nice but not enough staffing. Not fair to them to expect they can handle that many guests. The ones that were there were excellent.

The breakfast view was spectacular. They weren't fully stuffed so it took a little more time for our food to be served but it was superb. The portion sizes were great! The staff was extremely helpful with the little things we needed. Everyone was very friendly and they made sure that they required masks and temp checks. The views were extraordinary! I've never seen anything like them.

I would have loved to have a little bit faster service for breakfast. However, with Covid, the staff was limited. The staff tried to accommodate as much as they could. The room also needs upgrading but I believe they were in the process of remodeling. Some of the work done previously looked like patch work and made the building look older. The wifi included did not work at all.
