Condado Ocean Club

The aesthetic was lovely, the kid free/adults only was the vibe and the beach view was gorgeous.

I contacted the desk for room cleaning service and even stopped downstairs to remind them of our room needing cleaning service and towels but no one ever completed the request. We didn’t have cleaning service to our room for 2 days and used the same towels both days.

Rooms were spacious and quiet. Staff was very friendly and service was good. Location was great, close to many shops and restaurants and attractions in old San Juan.

The main issue was there was no late check out which really put a damper on our last day. The hotel could hold our bags but we couldn't rest in our rooms or shower in our rooms before out early evening departure. Really need a late check out option.

for a 4 star I was expecting something more grand for the price as compared to 3 stars and less and overall I had to mentally readjust my expectations as a result…

The Check-In and Check-Out process went very smoothly and quickly. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The beachfront area of the hotel was amazing. Awesome infinity pool right on the beach! The lobby, bar/lounge, and overall décor of the hotel was beautiful. Great restaurant with scenic ocean views. The view from the King room was a floor to ceiling window. The bed was super comfortable and the furnishing details were really nice. The hotel was located near the La Concha Hotel and Casino, CVS, restaurants, and shops.

It was beautiful! The staff was amazing so helpful so friendly made you feel at home. The view was breathtaking.. The food was amazing in the restaurant, the drinks were OnPoint!

I didn’t like that the ocean/beach wasn’t A beach you could actually swim on. During my stay no chairs were available to even sit on the beach. I would think for that price perhaps a Jacuzzi would’ve been nice and more chairs to sit around the pool. My particular room was a Laguna view and every picture that I saw of my room never actually showed the Laguna. So I found that to be a little misleading, pictures that you show or actually the ocean view. They were going to view is not a very pretty view since it’s really a parking lot that you mainly see.

We appreciated the small, intimate size of the Ocean Club, as well as the Adults Only policy. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our conversations with our bartender Joseph. The beach is not for swimming, but it was wonderful to be right on it with the sound of the crashing waves.

Be aware that the position of the building is such that there is no sunshine on the pool area in the afternoon, and with the constant onshore wind one did not want to spend time there in that cocktail hour time period before dinner. Once the pool bar closes at 8 there is no life in the hotel itself, particularly with the small lobby bar being closed most of the week.

The pool was amazing. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The views were very nice unbeatable ocean front view from the lobby and pool deck. Cute swimming beach down the block. Close location to old San Juan with 5 buck Uber rides.

They are doing some upgrades to the facade which can use a little facelift. If you are hoping to go into the ocean it's a little too dangerous here and rocky. The surrounding area has a few vacant buildings that were kinda creepy but looks as if they are being repaired

The location was great. The view of the ocean from our room was amazing. Social restaurant was very good, and the wait staff was professional and great at casual conversation while remaining attentive to our dining needs.

My least favorite experience was the flooring in the room. At times it could be sticky and slippery.
