Park Inn by Radisson Jeddah Madinah Road

Everything was top class. I'd like to hugely thank Abeer (عبير) from reception for all what she has done. She has gone the extra mile to ensure we are well looked after. We had just arrived from the airport and had no Saudi SIM card and there wasn't much time left for Sohor, but she kindly allowed us to use her number to be able to order food for Sohor and be ready for fasting. She also extended our check out time to allow us stay after Jumaa prayer. On behalf of my whole family, I sincerely thank Abeer for her kindness and professionalism. I will definitely recommend Park Inn by Radisson Jeddah to my friends.

Smooth and quick check in, room had the all amenities that I needed. Mahmood also helped getting the right amenities into the room prior my arrival which was perfect 👍. Room service had some good food and good service. Staff were very inviting. Room Bathroom was great.

The gym could use some improvements, no music and very limited choices of equipments. Laundry provided an excellent service, but management doesnt seem to align with them about check out of guests. This delayed my checkout

It's a new hotel, staff is very friendly, and both the room and the common areas were very clean. Didn't use the swimming pool but it looked very inviting, and there is also a nice roof-top bar with nice views over the city. Have also stayed at the much more expensive Radisson in Jeddah and this hotel was better.

The roof-top views are somewhat ruined by the dirty windows (which seems to be the standard, as all hotels we stayed in had this problem). The underground parking is quite small.

Location of the hotel is great for Jeddah airport. When we arrived we managed to arrange a late check out for 1330 nd we also got upgraded to a suite rather than just a standard room which gave us much more space. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for all palates.

Nothing not to like really. It wasn't an expensive stay and we had breakfast included which was great. Recommended if you need a comfy place close to the airport.

Well situated for the airport, seemed very new and clean with a nice pool and roof area. We stayed here for one night because we had an early connecting flight and it was just what we needed. Rooms were nice with a good view of the city. Also very reasonably priced compared to Jeddah in general.

Location isn't great if you're wanting to spend more time in the centre of town - it's doable but not ideal. Location is excellent for the airport.

- Location:- it is nearby the airport, malls, and not far away from the sea. - Quite:- the hotel is very quite. You don’t hear kids running around. - Parking:- Secure and private parking and easy access to the room.

- Reception:- was not answering calls immediately. Even during the check out, I had to take the bags myself from the room because they were not answering the phone. Most of the time I see the receptionist setting in the setting area away from his/her disk!! That is why they are not answering the phone. - Price:- considering it is school exam period, there is literally very few people in the hotel so the prices should be cheaper. - Elevator:- was not working probably (the one on the right), it keeps opening and closing the door multiple times before the card reader detects your room card.

i stayed before also.! but this time i stayed for 3 days and the breakfast what we got is same as dayr one. no changes. All 3 days the same menu. we felt like they are serving the same breakffast from the last day balance. even the sequence the braeakfaast was kept is also same. no changes. rated as 5 star alteast the staff and managers need to look for the breakfast menu. what we feel is all depend on the chef mood.

The space in the room the cleanness the reception guy was so helpful and understanding and he is the reason why I had positive reaction.

I wish in the answered questions on the booking app you will not say you will check in people at 12 because I almost got in trouble if the reception guy didn't help and, I also asked beforehand about the checking in but I got no answer back so please be careful next time. and give the guy a bonus

the location for me was perfect, the room was comfortable and almost clean, the staff have quick response for any issues

the price is a little bit expensive Need a deep cleaning in the rooms before new guest come especially the living room sofa

I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport and that came in quite handy. The room design and furnishing is very modern and simply beautiful.

We waited for hours with little children at the reception before we could be checked in as they had only one person cleaning the rooms on the day. The reception staff didn't handle the situation very well.
