The Venue Jeddah Corniche

This an excellent 5 star hotel which offered an excellent facility in all aspects from the best breakfast and most comfortable bed on our trip to Saudi Arabia. The location right on the Jeddah cornishe is a lovely spot and the morning walks opposite the hotel observing the red sea tropical fish and evening strolls were memorable. This hotel deserves a far higher rating than many on booking.com.

With two towers the layout is well spread out and there is alot of walking to go from the city tower to the main facilities.Menu expensive

Good location by the ocean, new facility. friendly and very helpful staff. Beautiful sunrise view form the higher floors on the city view. 5 star amenities all fulfilled. Vast and tasty breakfast selection - The French Toast is the best I’ve had worldwide.

The windows in the rooms needs cleaning from the outside, it’s a shame to miss such a view. the services in the salon and spa start at noon, that’s too late if ur relying on using them first thing in the morning. The TV in the bathroom didn’t work, I didn’t stay long enough - I’ll stay more next time for sure.

Check in was fast and everything was taken care off Haneen at the reception was very kind and courteous She did provide with upgrade which was cherry on the cake😊 Another one at reception danya was also very kind The decor was beautiful and in par with keeping 5 star rating of the facility Very neat and clean facility with proximity to corniche Breakfast was fantastic and tasty All the staff were friendly and ready to provide assistance when needed I would recommend this facility to anyone without any hesitation Keep it up all and maintain the good standards

I had An issue with my room the door won’t open and the door handle came out from the door, I called from the floor no body came i was waiting for 20 minutes I couldn’t get in to my room i went to reception they send some guy with me he cannot open the door he told me it’s it issue he left again I came down to make check out , how ever I called for a manger Mr.mohammed anees was the manger on duty that I specially I want to thank him allot he was very helpful he upgraded me directly he checked my room by him self to make sure that it’s good and sent some fruit to my room. he made me stay even I was angry and almost checking out.

The staff was fantastic. Very accommodating. Room service kept the rooms clean. Bed and bedding were comfortable. The restaurant is pricey, but the food is good. The location of the Red Sea and Corniche is excellent.

I stayed for 18 days. On three occasions, there was a very strong paint-thinner, aerosol-type smell that permeated the hall and the room. They could also tone down the scents in the lobby. They smell nice but are very strong. My room key cards kept needing programming.

While the hotel is perfectly located on the Corniche and provides guests an elegant and beautiful atmosphere, the exceptional staff made the experience wonderful for me. I am a solo female traveler that had never visited the Middle East before. From Muhammad H., the night manager was remarkable when checking me into the hotel at 4 a.m. (I made an error with my reservation and he showed great compassion and assisted me in finding a room) to Jubbie G., an incredible concierge who spent an hour helping me rebook my AirEgypt flight. At one point he juggled two phones while simultaneously dealing with an online airline representative. These men are my heroes and have earned The Venue Jeddah Corniche my undying loyalty. The Corniche Tower is especially nice-- preferred over the City Tower. I am grateful and will be back.

The room was a amazing. It was our 10th anniversary and they decorated the room which was really good and romantic which was totally out of my expectations. The staff and service were really good. The guest relation lady was the best hospitality I received ever since I am in saudi arabia which is 29 years I haven't seen anything like it before. The food was top quality. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

The management staff at the restaurant were not trained how to greet guests on arrival and I had to posture up when talking to them whenever I entered the restaurant. We were greeted in a harsh tone upon entering and they were asking are we on discount offer or outside guest without a hello or welcome. After they realize we are staying at the hotel their attitude changes. My wife when we checked out was to meet me for our final lunch at the restaurant as I had to finish the check out process and leave the luggage in the car. She was greeted badly and was kinda upset about it. I hope they take this into consideration and take action about it.

The staff were amazing , from the moment we reached the hotel until we left , all of them were super helpful - literally all of them - we had our brother wedding there and they made our stay super special Mr anas the manager upgraded our rooms , our butler was Jaffar who was helpful and ensured that we are comfortable another Philipine person in the reception was also very kind and helpful ( sorry cannot recall his name) there was another person called Ali also at the reception very kind - all the staff made our stay comfortable and special

The quality of the food could be better and the facilities could add a kids pool which is separate than the spa so the kids could have more fun but the location was right opposite the corniche and next to a mall so the kids had fun either way

The hospitality is amazing there. I would definitely revisit some day. The room was spacious. There was hot water. Beautiful view (ocean view). The bed was like a big cloud of fluff (so comfortable). Look for a receptionist named Dania, she definitely knows how to treat customers, she was well-mannered, professional, welcoming, and cooperative. She helped me get a good upgrade for my honeymoon stay. Thanks Dania.
