Convience and the logistics of the apartments, staff are always there to assist you and the apartments are safe.and the location is great for exercising great ambience as it set in between the sea front and the landscape. The city center is 15min away and there's a regular bus service which runs the city and the airport every 30mins... if you drive it has underground parking that leads directly to your apartment block. In general its a good place to stay if your travelling solo or if you have a small family and couples would appreciate it as they have a botanical garden nearby if your a keen cyclist it would suit you as there some great cycle routes.i should mention its very economic and has a swimming pool for the warmer months.

There's not enough pots to cook your meals they have a basic frying pan and a small pot no blender to blend juices and no sharp knives to cut meats or your fruits. And even though there is a TV, they need 1 for each room main bedroom and front room is important for those days you don't wish to leave the complex.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment but was given a 3 bedroom apartment which was comfortable. The place was clean and organised. They provided us with washing up and sponge in the reception for the kitchen and there was also soap, gel and champú in the showers. We had 2 bathrooms! Even though the rooms were a bit cold the blankets were warm enough and there were also extra blankets in the wardrobes. So they thought of every detail!

The rooms were a bit cold, but I guess the place was too big to be warmed by only one air conditioning unit.

The facility was excellent and provided us everything we needed. The swimming pool was exceptional, especially with sun beds. It was also very handy having a washing machine in the apartment.

Not that Alicante Hills can help it but the hotel was a 20 minute car ride from Alicante City Centre. This was not apparent when booking. However we found a very handy bus link (27A) with the stop being a 5 minute walk down the hill with the bus coming every 40 minutes until 10pm which was great. It worked out very cheap too.

The swimming pool was vey clean we were really happy with it. Beds were really comfortable and clean. Restaurant and cafe was also great. Service of staff also very good. I had a very nice holiday and i will be back in future. Thank you

Location is a bit far from any shops, but good with trasport taxis and buses. Just rooms werent terely clean eg,around the toilet,drawers of doors were really messy in kitchen and in rooms, that was a bit dissapointing.

A very clean comfortable large flat with very little noise

The kitchen needs a few more utensils and the bedding quilt wasn't warm enough and no spare blankets in the room I was there 4 nights from the 16th November

Staff here were very helpful. They helped me carry my bags as i had a lot. I was exhausted from my journey from the UK. Moving to Spain isn't easy, so i appreciated the help! I'd recommend Alicante Hills to anyone who wants a very comfortable homely atmosphere and very comfy bed.

Maybe a little shop in reception would be a good idea. Some water, milk and 🍵 especially for late arrivals from the airport.

The size of the apartment was great, for 2 people its enough space. Bed was comfortable with a smallish smart tv. its a great place to stay for people having an early flight, there is good parking on premis and staff were really nice.

The shower was rusty and you can clearly see the place needs maintenance but over all it was a good place to spend the night.

Staff friendly, and nice atmosphere. Rooms clean and smelt fresh. Lots of cats around the building, which was an enjoyable vibe.

Issues with the room key after arriving, but this was quickly resolved. Arrived quite late at night, and no nearby open food places available, or on delivery, which meant we then had to travel back into Alicante after arriving to eat. Taxi refused to drive to the location, which meant we had to walk.

Alicante Hills is a very good place for making trips in different directions. We rented a car in the main railway station Terminal Alicante and went to some other towns. We had apartment in Alicante Hills - there is small kitchen with enough stuff for making coffee in mornings. We could also go to a bar nearby reception. The bus C-6 has stops nearby at the main street. So we could go to the center or to airport by it. This bus goes each 20 minutes, but not after midnight. We took a taxi from the airport in the night.

I can not complain. We have got good good quality for a small price.
