The hotel itself exceeded expectations, and the room was great. Everything was clean, check-in was convenient and the shower pressure was amazing. Staff were very accommodating and let us keep our luggage stored safely in the hotel after checking-out. There is a cute cafe/bar in the lobby too which was open early in the morning, cappuccino was great. It is reasonably close to the bus station and train station so that is useful.

It was not a problem for us as we did not go into town/Alhambra while staying here as we went to Sierra Nevada, but it is worth noting it is quite a bit North in the city and not as walkable to the main attractions. As a result, the location is not the most picturesque, but it is very convenient and great value for money.

Just outside the old center but in walking distance. If you want to save the walking for the center and/or Alhambra, the bus stops right in front of the hotel and in 4 stops you are in the center. Check out the tapas bar at the street behind the hotel, order a drink and you get the tapa for free, and lots of choice

The garage entrance was horribly small... The neighbor room decice to come home at 3 am and make a lot of noise. Nothing the hotel can do about, just incredible how rude some people are.

Across road from hospital. Essential. Stayed here 5 or 6 years ago and hated it. This time much, much better and will stay again when in Granada. Reception helpful when we were struggling to find more nights .

This time, nothing. Last time there was rubbish behind desk and grubby walls. Much cleaner.

The property is excellent, the staff so courteous & helpful. I just wish I had been there on a pleasure trip not a necessity. My husband had to go into the hospital opposite the hotel for a major surgery. As we have the covid restrictions I could not stay with him. My stay at the hotel was as good as could be, I felt comfortable,safe & my car was secure in the garage. So close to the train and trams,bus routes too for people there for pleasure. Excellent. Thank you to everyone that made my stay comfortable.

The reason I was staying there. Although my husband is now recovering well & hopefully when we return for the 6 week check up we can stay again and have a happier stay together.

The receptionist has been very helpful and kind. The location is good.

The mattresses must be changed immediately as they are old, rugged, squeaking and uncomfortable. The blankets are also very old, and odd looking. We stayed in 4 star hotels in Madrid and Sevilla, and the rooms were far better than at Princess Ana. It can be easily fixed.

Excellent value for money , ideal location if you are travelling to visit someone at the hospital complex, e blocks away from the train station and about 20 miutes to the fabulous city Centre, 30 to Alhambra

I needed to make phone calls using the hotel system as I had problems with my mobile - impossible...the whole hotel system was not working and there were no alternatives

The location is excellent. the staff is really helpful. The breakfast is superb but a bit expensive if it’s not included in your reservation.

It’s like a maze and the outside is really busy if you need to park a car.

The property has a sense of history, some would say a little old fashioned but for my husband and myself it is perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a lift and in a perfect situation for all amenities, a bus or tram to anywhere in Granada or a pleasant walk along the Main Street.

Nothing really, if I had a longer stay I might prefer a balcony room but I could have chosen that if I had wanted.
