The suits are all new. Everything inside is new and there is attention to detail. The staff really helpful with everything. Confy beds. Bathroom with all needed. Coffee and everything you needed for the kitchen. Close to touristic attractions, we did everything on feet

The air conditioner in the bedroom blew exactly where you put your head on the pillow, you cannot leave it open for the night (the suit had a window that was not ok to leave it open for the night - anyone could enter) I would suggest this is something the acomodation needs to fix

The suites were well positioned for exploring the city and the Alhambra. We were given an upgrade and were very pleased with our suite ,spacious , equipped with all items we required. We asked for an iron and ironing board which were supplied immediately. Although the suites are on the busy Gran Via, with the windows shut , we barely heard any noise. Other members of our family also stayed in a suite next to us and were delighted. The staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly.They spoke perfect English.

Nothing to dislike.

My family of four staid at the GranVia two nights. The situation of the suite was excellent -- two bedrooms, so kids had their own space. Kitchen was set up with microwave, refrigerator, plates, etc. Breakfast was served to our room each morning, and they were amazing at accommodating the gluten free diet for our celiacs: cereal, muffins, bread, eggs, fruit. Room was very clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly. This was a good value, one of the least expensive of our trip.

We had some issues with the internet on the first day, but staff accommodated by giving us another network to use.

The kitchen could have been better stocked with cooking implements, crockery and cutlery. Despite soundproofing having been mentioned in the property details, it wasn’t sufficient to cut out the noise of traffic and voices coming from the street below at nighttime.

Room is more like a small apartment, with a dining space, kitchen and separate bedroom. I asked for a quiet room and I got an interior one really quiet. The reception staff was super helpful and nice. Location is perfect. I was surprised by the good experience considering it has a really good price and would definitely recommend for a stay in Granada.

It was all good.

The hotel is located on a beautiful avenue in the center of Granada, very close to everything you may need. The rooms were huge, with a complete kitchen and dining room. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

In one of the bedrooms, the sink was not working properly and there was a water leak. This problem doesn't make our stay worst, but in some moments the bathroom stayed all wet .

The apartment was clean, well equipped, spacious. The staff was great and really welcoming despite us arriving very late in the evening. The location is 10/10

The apartment was noisy, however this is to be expected given the location.

Great location on the main road, walking distance to all key attractions, bus stops etc. We were advised to get the bus to the Alhambra and walk back which worked perfectly. The lady who checked us in was really helpful with recommendations etc. I would stay here again.

The bedroom wasn’t on the main road, but I could hear the traffic a little but this wouldn’t bother many people. I’m an extremely light sleeper and coped fine with ear plugs!!

Good location and big, well stocked room with a full kitchen if you wanted to cook in the apartment. We were right by the street but once the doors were closed there was no noise. Easy check in and check out and they let us keep our baggage there before check in.

We loved everything in this hotel. When we arrived, they told us that we were upgraded to two rooms suite for free. The furniture is unique and modern. What I loved the most is the bed room, it is really comfortable. My sleep score on my fitbit tracker is between 65 to 73. Only in this room it was 93 :)
