Eurostars Plaza Mayor

The aircondition was working perfectly, staff was really nice. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.(lots of fruits and cakes etc.)Staff was also make sure we get the taxi to the airport and call us to the room inform the taxi was on the street. The location is also exellent. Room is quiet. I will definetaly come back to this hotel If i come back to Madrid someday.

Little minuses i have to give is about the scent in the hotel lobby. Very strong flowery kind of "perfume" or diffuser(?)was smelling everywhere in the lobby during the whole visiting time in the hotel. And it wasn't smelling in the room so i didn't want to make a problem about it. But this is just my opinion, i was sneezing a lot and get a little nausea/headeche about it. If you are sensitive to strong scents like i am, i recomment to choose another hotel. (Or avoid the lobby area)And the lights in the room is not the best for doing a makeup, but I still want to visit there again anyway.

even though outside was hot, crowded, and kinda chaotic, our room was cool, dark, comfy, and copacetic prime location in between a Metro stop and Puerta del Sol

a very minor thing - but found it bizarre that a 4-star hotel only has decaf coffee packets in the room (double-checked with front desk and was told that's all they offer)

Overall a great stay with no complaints. The staff are great and met all my needs. For example, I requested prior to arrival a room with a street view. I was informed the staff will do there best to accommodate me. When I got there I was given a room with a street view. The location is great only about a 10 minute walk from the centre. Rooms come a standard extra large double bed. If you are looking for a hotel that is central with rooms at a high standard you won't go wrong with this one. FYI - I am normally a glass half empty guy ;)

The reception staff are excellent; extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean and fresh so the housekeeping guys are doing a brilliant job, keep it up. Also, the location is perfect for visiting both the Plaza Mayor while being just a short walk away from most of the interesting (and less busy) areas of the city centre. Although there is no pool and no bar, we would highly recommend this hotel for somewhere to base yourself while exploring Madrid. Highly recommended.

Although the air conditioning did work, it wasn't as effective as it could have been and the WIFI doesn't seem to work properly, but neither of these issues spoiled our overall stay as we would definitely go back to the same hotel.

Great central location in walking distance of most major attractions. Close by to many nice cafes, restaurants and shops. A short walk to Latina, a great neighborhood for bars and food. The hotel room was fantastic, quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping were great and changed the bed and towels everyday if required. I would definitely book again.

Not the easiest to access by Metro. The nearby station is close to the hotel but usually requires a few line changes to get where you're going. I didn't eat at the hotel but the menu looked expensive.

This apartment was in the city center and it was close to most attractions. The restaurant’s were in walking distance from the apartment. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the modern pieces chosen for this airbnb.

I had to check in at another property location , then I was given a key code via WhatsApp to open the front entrance and apartment door. The apartment I reserved was approximately a 20 minute walk.

Very central location - minutes from sights and public transportation. Large bathroom with a great shower. Very quiet room. The rate for our stay was very reasonable. Staff was super friendly and was able to communicate in English when my Spanish was insufficient.

Issues with the HVAC system. The A/C not work for our first two days. This was resolved pretty quickly. Room could use a bit of updating. Coffee maker in the room would be nice. Breakfast seemed pricey so we did not partake.

Staff tried their best to accommodate us. Location is perfect. Breakfast was great and the rooms were soundproof.

The cleanliness could be improved. Requests are often delayed or ignored.

My stay was excellent. It was my 1st time in Madrid and i felt right at home in Eurostar Hotel. Anywhere we wanted to go the staff was willing to show us how to get there usung a map. The hotel is located right in the centre of shops, the movies, Theater, Resturants, and the metro stations.

I didn't like that there was not 1 tv station available in English.
