The hotel is very clean both at the reception area, lift, restaurant, hallways and room. Also the pool is always clean. I have particularly enjoyed that the ladies managing the pool are always very nice and friendly, which makes it nice to go there. Behind the hotel, before the pool, there is a garden-like terrace where you may take the lunch/dinner or your coffee, which is very nice especially during the warm summer days in Madrid. The food is quite ok, especially the breakfast makes for the money asked.

Everthing was mostly ok, I would only note two not so better points: - Location of the hotel: is outside the main Madrid area, you kind of need a car to go into the city and you are next to the Madrid exit highway (or you may call for a taxi, which might take time to arrive). There is a bus available, but it is not part of the main Madrid area and you pay separately for it, not possible to use the Madrid bus-metro card. - At the breakfast there were almost no vegetables, this is the only missing point cause otherwise the breakfast was good.

The hotel has a really great atmosphere and a nice and clean aesthetic with great and friendly staff that always helped us with questions like parking for people with disability. We really liked the pool but the water was very cold but that is a Madrid thing. The rooms were exactly what the website said and very comfortable mattresses. And it was the first time in a long time that our rooms were together. That was super nice!

They didn't have the rooms ready by the official check-in time but they were friendly enough about it and we just hung out at the bar which we really liked. We went for a staycation but the location won't be great if it's for tourism.

The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. The food is really good and definitely worth its price. Manuel was super helpful and great, and took amazing care of us every time we went for dinner or even just for a drink. Sergio was also extra nice and helpful. The reception staff are also very friendly as well as the lifeguard! Everyone in the hotel is super nice!! The pool is amazing too and in general the stay at the hotel was really pleasant. I would definitely stay there again. 😆

The property is very clean . When we go in the hotel we got amazed because in the lobby it was very ellegant . The staff/reception was very hospitable and they give us tips about the transport from their hotel and that we should download uber cuz it’s cheeper, they also allow us to leave our car after we check out cuz we room around in the city before we drived again. The breakfast was very very good or well say it was excellent.

Their keys for the room. It’s only 1 key can open the door . We would recomment that both key should work to open the door

We had to stay close to the hospital. Everything was comfortable, very good price-quality ratio, last minute checkin was super smooth, walking distance from the hospital and parking included for a low rate.

No food at all after a certain time. We had to stay at the hospital till late due to tragic reasons and didn't had time to organise any food, also the hospital facilities were closed, which was weird. When we arrived to the hotel we could only have chips. It would be great to have more flexibility or food options at unusual times, since many guests are there because of hospital visits.

The staff here is much better than any big brand hotel I've ever been. Manuel at the bar, Liza at the pool and the guys at reception made everything pleasant for us. We had flexibility for early check in and luggage storage after checking out, which is really important in a big, bustling city. The hotel is well connected by taxi along freeways, but you need to walk for bus/subway/train. We are thankful to everyone

Nothing really, as when the A/C problem was not fixed, the Director immediately helped us move to a room nearby. It would come in handy to have electric kettle or tea set in the room.

i met the most Amazing woman here. Her name is Liza and she works as the pool guard. She helped me with my Spanish lessons and then spent 4 hrs after work helping me. I feel like I’ve met The Most Wonderful person in all of Spain. she deserves to be given a special Scholarship to train as The Manager or some other Top position. She is the greatest asset to this Hotel. If you have the chance go and meet her, you won’t be disappointed. Thankyou Liza for making my trip To Spain so special.

Would have liked a later check out time for extra cost to be available as was returning late at night However did extend an hour for free and luggage was stored safely

Excellent hotel, room is equipped as one could expect from a ****hotel. Staff was really polite, breakfast was delicious and offered a high variety of coffee, a substantial range of food & (hot and cold) drinks with buffet breakfast. Good public transport connection to town.

No negatives to mention at all.

Excellent value for money. Lovely friendly staff. Great choice at breakfast. Swimming pool was a bonus in this part of Madrid.

Public transport is complicated from here to the centre. We were told Uber was the best option but cost €29 each way. Not sure if it was a particularly busy time, as staff said it's usually cheaper for uber. A taxi generally costs €25.
