Super location, nice clean room with air-condition. The cuban manager was very helpful and attentive. Everything was in good condition and for the area very reasonably priced.
Bathroom was so small that one can barely enter in there, and the water temperature was fluctuating constantly while showering. No elevator and quite noisy door to the escalator that kept slamming

Location because was near from a laundry, lavamatic, mini super and a drug store. Besides, was a walking distance from several areas like Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Cibeles, Puerta de Alcalà and Atocha Train Station.

My train was cancelled, and I had to look for a place to stay urgently. I had a mega late booking (around 10 pm), but got an immediate response from the hostal. The reception lady was extremely nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The place is also equipped with washing machine, fridge, stove and oven.

We were here as a group of 3 boys on a a lads trip for the football. Saff were excellent, location was excellent and the facilities were spot on - cheap and cheerful was the overall assessment and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend if you just want somewhere to rest and to be in a great location.

Well located hostel in the heart of Madrid but away from the evening noise. Everything is close and you don't need public transport for most things. Room was clean. Good value for the money.

As for all hostals, soundproofing is very poor and you will hear each toilet flushed on the floor, each word spoken and each person walking. Bring good ear plugs.

The location is excellent, the price is acceptable. Beds were comfortable and clean.
Needs some renovation, things are getting run down. In the room with a microwave and kitchen table there should be some utensils, cups, etc, Warning: room is cleaned only on request, hang the sign on the door handle.
