too noisy at night as the pubs are nearby, people speak very loudy while walking along the street, this noise may not suitable for light sleeper.

The location was the main reason for our choise , since you can easily find cheaper solutions. I strongly believe it worth the extra cost since we went all over by foot only some meters from the pedestrian street full of cafes , restaurants and 24/7 deli - plus all the usual american brands ( Mc Donalds , dunkin donats , starbucks etc.) . Also meters away from the main commercial street. Big apartment , clean , everything worked perfect - ac / fridge , tv etc.

its location is on a beasy and noisy small street only meters from a huge pedestrian street with multiple stores so this great advantage bring the main complain of the excesive noise from all shorts of trucks , food chain vans , suppliers and also some very very noisy workers from all over the place ( cleaners , gabarge etc ). my apart was on the first floor so you can imagine the party. Also dont worry from some kind of strange people wondering around the property just around the corner is the main police station of the capital , pretty heavy police presence.

Location: The apartment is near the Gran Via and Sol Metro stations. Just walking around will take you to a lot of food and shopping options. Of course, since the location is central, expect that there would be a lot of people in the area. Apartment: We booked the 2-bedroom apartment and it's quite spacious. There are 2 bathrooms, which is good especially if there are 4 or 5 people staying in the apartment. Towels and toiletries are provided, and the kitchen has appliances, and clean plates and utensils that can be used during your stay. Water pressure is very good. Reception: The front desk was nice and helpful, very accommodating in answering questions. They're also quick to respond to online messages. Price: Reasonable considering how nice the apartment is and its location.

The location of the apartment was exceptional - just around the corner from Gran Via metro station and ideal for my trip to watch City play Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-final. I liked having a large apartment, complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen area had everything I needed to self-cater and something outstanding was a sealed pack containing a new washing up sponge, washing up liquid and other items - well done! There’s nothing worse than finding a grubby, well—used sponge in a kitchen when you first arrive! Also, a big fridge and powerful shower. The bed was very comfy. It was nice to open the balcony doors and let some warm air in too. The wooden stairs up to the apartment are amazing.

Nothing - a big thanks to Carlos who helped me with some issues I had. He was so helpful. I thought it was quite expensive for two nights (especially as a single traveller), but I think Madrid as a place to visit has become expensive now.

The property is located in a quiet street in a very central location only steps from Gran Via metro station. I stayed in a balcony apartment facing the street and had no problem with noise. As I arrived late so they left a key in a key safe that worked perfectly. The apartments are very clean and well maintained, they were even painting the common areas whilst I was there but they already looked fine. The aircon, large TV, washing machine, large fridge and wifi all worked fine.

Very comfortable apartment, with more than enough amenities for your stay. I was afraid the sofa bed would be uncomfortable as we were a group of 3 but both beds were so comfy. Cleanliness was fantastic too. The location is excellent as it is near to the main city streets (right on the doorstep of Gran Via and a 7-10min short walk to the other main plazas). Lots of restaurants and shops around the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful with checking-in and out. It really was an enjoyable stay, would highly recommend!

As it is near to the main streets, it can get a bit noisy during the evenings, for example street performers in the square nearby.

The location was great! Only a couple of minutes walk to Gran Via and the metro station. It was easy to connect to other locations and within walking distance to most others. The staff were very helpful! We arrived late for check in but they provided detailed instructions on how to self check in (i.e. code for door and lock box). We then formally checked in the next morning. The staff were very friendly and even allowed us to leave our bags at reception upon check out (as our flight wasn't until late afternoon). The apartment itself was great. I traveled with my parents who had a room to themselves, and I had a bed (sofa fold out) in the living room. There was water, teas and coffee left for us in the kitchen, which was nice to have on arrival.

central location, easy walking to attractions and metro stops. clean modern and comfortable apartment. all mod cons. Great instructions for arrival if after 6pm.

studio on 5th floor has bed in eves, pretty low head space in area with wardrobe. if you are over 5ft 4 in, you will need to stoop. But living area has height.

Great location - very close to metro station Gran Via. We took a taxi from the airport (flat-rate 30€) to Gran Via metro station and walked from there to the apartment. The guys at the reception desk are very kind and helpful. They arranged for our taxi back to the airport, gave us info about a cheaper covid test, we could leave our bags in the reception,... The room was clean (!), and felt like newish. It was big enough (2 adults and 2 kids). We had 2 bathrooms and (very important) 2 air conditioners (easy to use). All in all, I would stay there again and I can recommend this place.

I didn't like 2 things. Kids slept on the sofa in the kitchen - the sofa was kinda "soft". Not comfortable, but kids somehow slept on it. Another thing, our apartment had only windows that looked at the inside of the building.
