The pick up service was good, although it would've been nice to get some more intell about where to stand. Hotel good sized rooms, nice and big breakfast. I would recommend to book it at once. Swimming pool was okay, just sad that it wasn't open for more hours. We had some problems checking in and then the staff was getting a bit nerved, but overall they where helpfull. Nut much around, but there are a few restaurants at the hotel itself.

The swimming pool could have longer opening hours. Also it wasn't warm eventhough it was july. The beds weren't as comfortable as i would liked them.

The hotel room was clean and cosy. Airport transfer was an extremely useful and comfortable option. Even though, the hotel is located a little bit further from the city centre, the connection by subway is super easy and the nearest station is just a few minutes from the hotel. Breakfasts were really delicious with additional option of ordering omelettes, eggs and some other meals (in price of course).

The pity was that the swimming pool was not yet open, but I suppose they start summer season (pool season) later than we expected. Apart from that, everything was fine, and the hotel fulfilled our needs.

Airport transfer was excellent and very welcome. Rooms were very nice, a good size, clean and comfortable. I did, however have to ask daily for some milk for my coffee. Otherwise absolutely no complaints. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I found it difficult to arrange a change or upgrade of my room. It resulted in it not being changed and my extra guest finding another hotel at the last possible minute. The problem was that although on the hotels website it says there is a 24/7 reception, nobody answered my calls for 4 days. Having visited the hotel I know there are up to 3 members of staff manning the reception desk. Which leaves me completely baffled as to why both myself and booking.com could not get a reply either on the telephone or email. Such a shame

The shuttle service was great! Friendly and fast. I enjoyed the neighborhood after I learned how to use the bus system to get in to town. Several options for restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood to supplement those at the hotel.

I was very frustrated by the reservation system. I made the reservations on Booking.com and then thought I didn't have to worry about it anymore since I was busy traveling and disinclined to check my email frequently. Then when I checked on the day before I was to arrive there I found a bunch of emails from the hotel. I never did understand what they wanted but it was a big mess. I couldn't tell if I still had the reservations or not and - too complicated to explain (especially since I never did understand it) but very frustrating and stressful!

The location was perfect for me as I needed the airport, the shuttle bus was free and extremely reliable. The distance to the underground station into Madrid city was also very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was originally disappointed in the very dated room (although clean and comfortable) so the staff suggested upgrading to executive room for an extra 20 euro. I did and it was fabulous! I will be booking again in September.

The hotel is very dated, which was not reflected in the original photos on booking.com. When I mentioned it to the staff they said if I upgraded to Executive rooms they are better. And wow! I did for 20 Euro extra and it was fabulous!

The location is nice, in a quiet neighborhood, with free airport shuttle service. Taxis tend to hang out at the hotel and Uber is quick to arrive. There are a few restaurants connected to the hotel but they are privately operated and thus reasonably priced with more restaurants and services a few blocks away. The pool was pleasant with enough lounge chairs and towels available. Also, the breakfast buffet had a great selection and was open late.

The hotel attracts tour groups which can result in noisy guests shuffling between rooms visiting their friends.

Breakfast was excellent. We had a nice walk around the neighborhood. There's this little pastry place a block away. There were even a couple of supermarkets where you could buy things at reasonable prices. The hotel has this nice tapas bar with tables on the sidewalk. Good food. Good beer. Good ambiance.

That they were charging 20 EUR to park overnight at their basement! In their ad they said free parking. Sure, outside of Madrid it's free parking anywhere! So they meant - go grab a free parking spot if you can, but if you park in our basement, it's 20 EUR. I found that a bit shabby.

- Good location if you have to use Madrid airport. - Free transfer airport - hotel - airport. - Very polite personal. - Clean room and bathroom. - Free piece of cake and coffee early morning. - I needed a service by email after my visiting and they helped me immediately. Thank you.

- It is missing good restorant as part of the hotel or close to the hotel. There are only some local pubs. They are good for drinking but not for eating. The food is a compromis. - Not all shuttle bus drivers know English. They work with forigners and the communication with them is a problem.

Very close to airport so its easy to travel Metro line 5 which go through the city center to south is close 7 minute walk Close to mall and bazar to but stuff Public Park in back side which help children to play and relax Access to bus stop and taxi is easy No noise around Staff very nice and helpful and know different language shop and restaurant in the lobby for more choices

WIFI service is very bad - had to use my roaming data Food collection should be wider

The hotel is like 10 minutes by car from the airport. Great if you have to stay overnight after a long flight. It's great that they have the transfer and you can see the schedule on their website.

The reception guy was not too friendly and didn't help much as I was asking how to get somewhere in the city, didn't explain how to activate the elevator with my key card, but maybe he was tired. The hotel is old but maintained. Nothing fancy. My problem is that in the shower and on the bathroom floor there was hair. That is a bit gross. So I had to look carefully in the bed too than I would complain. But it was fine.
