Had to stay overnight in Madrid for a last minute travel departing next day from Terminal 4 Satellite (T4S). Arrived to T1, then proceeded to T4 on the free TRANSIT bus and in no time at all I was in my room. There is a premium in the price compared to hotel places to stay (e.g., Hilton) however you save on taxis and you save time and inconveniences with the free hotel shuttles. I used to go there before COVID-19 when it was a Lounge working for IBERIA business travellers and they keep the same high standards of service, and I am glad they offer rooms now.

Nothing I did not like.

My second time here. The fact that it's into terminal 4 so you don't even need to change terminal while landing makes it perfect to me for a one night between flights. Room and hotel are clean and new, facilities and Wi-Fi are great. Breakfast is generous, tasty and healthy, kept me full for hours. The staff are very nice and kind. In all aspects together it worths the price. I will come back again everytime I have a connection between flights in Madrid. I came on end of January while it's 6 degress outside and the room is so warmy I could sleep with a thin pajamas.

This was my third stay here... GREAT location and easy getting to international flights the next morning. I enjoyed the easiness of the stay. I was in Madrid center for most of the day, returning on the metro to the hotel. Great access to getting checked in etc. I will stay again my next time in Madrid. The staff even fixed a picnic breakfast for me since my flight was so early.

There are limited dining options for meals. There is room service, but feels like frozen food heated up. I went upstairs to the main airport restaurants. There is a place called "Paul" with some healthy options.

We really appreciated the convenience of Air Rooms for our overnight connection in Madrid. The standard rooms, although basic, are just right for a short stay. We also enjoyed the full breakfast service, saving us the need to stop for food enroute to our gate in the morning. If you have a longer layover, the hotel is next to entrance to the Metro so it's very easy to travel into the city for sightseeing or dinner!

There is no signage for Air Rooms in the main level of the airport, so make sure you know to go to the -1 level in the exit lobby. We had to call the hotel to get directions.

This is a very functional airport hotel. The rooms are completely internal, very comfortable, and well supplied. The doors closing are quite noisy and with people coming and going all night it is not necessarily all that restful. If you want a room in an airport it does what is needed - expensive for what it is, but that is to be expected with the location.

The rooms themselves are fine. The facilities in the airport are very limited, so I wouldn't recommend finding dinner there! The biggest nuisance is that it is not called 'Air Rooms' so takes some finding; but it is the only hotel in the airport.

Location, even coming from other terminals, is easier and faster than going anywhere if you are on a layover. The room was small but cozy and had a very useful coffee machine. I slept very well, the bed and pillows were comfortable. I didn't hear any noise, so was very pleased about that. The toilet was modern and with all the amenities.

For the price, it should automatically include breakfast. It is too expensive, and the hourly rate is only during the day.

The location was perfect for our transfer flight out of Madrid With enough time you could hop metro or Train into Madrid or nearby suburbs for food (few choices with airport food) and a little sightseeing. Removes the hassle of having to get to the airport from the city if you only have 1 day. Be aware that there are no windows in the rooms. Blackout. Good for sleeping. Make sure your set your alarms for the flight!

directions to location in the airport were misleading. Could have been more reasonable in price.

Location was great! The room was wonderful, and the staff was very accommodative. Also, we didn't expect a variety of food during the free breakfast. Everything was perfect for one night stay, taking into account my husband's disability (he was in a wheelchair).

The cost was too expensive for us, but the airlines that did changes to our flight agreed to pay for the room. The refrigerator didn't have a freezer, and my husband couldn't drink any liquids without ice.

Air Rooms are very conveniently situated in Terminal 4 of the Airport on level 0 so all that was needed to go to Departures, was to go up in the lift to level 2. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Room service offered nice meals and they were reasonably priced.

The only down side was that I could hear either the workings of the lift or travelator from my room, which was quite noisy. Later in the night it quietened when the usage stopped. One suggestion would be to have the signage of Air Rooms on the outside larger making it easier to locate.
