clean and comfortable. friendly staff. Manuka = a good restaurant. well situated with a number of nice restaurants nearby

recently renovated. a bit disappointed that it wasn’t clear on the website that the swimming pool was not currently useable. if we had known, we would have probably booked elsewhere

Very friendly staff, very clean hotel, wifi is super fast, never had this fast wifi in another hotel. Everything was just renewed. Food was good. Breakfast excellent! HALAL food was very good, you don’t see this often. Excellent en big pool. Good for kids. No alcohol so this means you don’t see loud and rude people at the hotel that are drunk.

The parkingfee is too high, you got to lower it for hotel residents. You can go easily to the pool if you are no resident of the hotel, they need to keep an eye on that. Little bit too loud if you have a room on the streetside you can hear the loud cars passing by.

The staff is very friendly and quick to solve issues. The rooms are big enough and the bed is very confortable. Breakfast is delicious.

Access to the pool isn’t included with all types of rooms. Being a 5 star hotel, I would imagine you didn’t have to pay extra juat to go for a swim.

Location is quite condiment. Just 10 minutes of easy walking to the shore. The buildings are well maintained although the grained could benefit from some additional TLC. The area is in close proximity to a number of excellent albeit pricy restaurants.

If you are interested in alcohol thuds hotel is not for you as it is halal and non-alcohol. However, the food is very good despite a limited choice of items on the restaurant menus. Another somewhat irritating issue is charging for the parking.

Delicious breakfast. I especially liked the avocado and homemade omelets at breakfast. Nespresso coffee machine. Liked the open terrace as well for breakfast. Nice room decorated with toiletries from a very good brand. Superb swimming pool and nice garden area. All is modern and witg good style refurbished. Great location close to puente romano

Pillows and matress a little hard for my taste. We prefered a room with better view but this for the standard room. If we would go with pool view we need it to pay extra.

As soon as you arrive the staff is not very eager to take your bags , every 5 star hotel they take care of you as soon as you arrive but this hotel they are very weak in this part. However, the reception staff for check in was very good. They just need to handle the arrival visitors more professionally in regards to carrying the bags and welcoming the guests

Nothing in the mini bar and it’s an alcohol free hotel, although you can take your own in. They didn’t wash our mugs and replace our tea bags. The a/c didn’t seem to work.

Prior to coming to the hotel, I had read some negative comments and so I was a little concerned but still went ahead with the booking. but it was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was well kept and the hotel staff was professional rather than friendly. Great Location from the sea which is a pleasant 3 minutes walk away and visible from our room window. The breakfast was exactly as others described it an excellent choice. the Manuka has some interesting meals also which I would come back for. The only thing that is missing from this place for me is a Sauna.

Well known, convenient location. It’s not a first time staying there. I really liked that some of the rooms are in another building where you don’t even have to cross the reception. So you get that remote intimate feeling as you are renting an apartment and not the room in the hotel. I kive their big king size beds, very comfy mattress, pillows, huge blanket.

It was cold in the room in December, I’d expect floor heating or something but I understand that during these covid times it is rough for hotels to stay alive. So not a big deal, the most important think the blanket was huge and warm. I know they don’t sell alcohol there because it is more oriented to the Eastern culture. But if you know this in advance it is not as problem at all.
